Summary: Virtual Vandals
Review: In Tom Clancy's Virtual Vandals, Matt is a member of the Net Force Explorers. The Net Force Explorers are a group of kids who find virtual criminals and turn them in. When a group of people start attacking the crowd at a virtual baseball game, Matt must find the culprits. Matt finds his first clue in a virtual chat room, and he soon realizes that one of the virtual vandals is a girl from his school, Caitlin Corrigan. Matt bugs Caitlin until she confesses and reveals the other vandals, who are all children of rich diplomats. Matt then goes undercover, and is eventually caught with the rest of them by a gang. Tom Clancy's Net Force Explorers: Virtual Vandals is the best book I have ever read. Some people don't give the book a chance because it is short, and they think it is just another kids book. However, I encourage readers of all ages to read this book, as it has many twists and turns and a very surprising ending. Don't reject this book because of it's number of pages, read it, because it is a great book.

Summary: Well, it was ok.
Review: Listen, I love Tom Clancy's books, but I shouldn't be considered a fan. I only read one of his other books, Rainbow Six(and it was damn good!). And as for this book? Well, it had it's moments. Pretty exciting, but just a little predictiable. Clancy, if you're out there, you can do better.

Summary: Excellent! A great book to read!
Review: Since Virtual Vandals was the first Net Force book I ever read, what I didn't know was that is was the third in the series. After reading it, I was so amazed, I would probably read it all over again. An excellent book, definitely worth buying and would recommend to a colleague!

Summary: Virtual Reality vs. Reality
Review: The thought of the book is really a great thought, but VR vs. R has been approached so many times that people pretty much know what's expected of it and can probably predict the ending of most books of this nature.

I'm not really a Tom Clancy fan, but this book was okay. I read the original Net Force and I liked it a lot. I even watched the movie which is nothing like the book.

I'm so used to reading other computer books that talk about a lot of technical stuff that I decided to read a book that was based on computer knowledge, but it's not necessarily bound by computers. If you are a young adult that likes computers or virtual reality and the thought of the future being so high tech then this is a must read. If you're going to read the series then at least read the first Net Force book to see what the whole plot is and how they came up with all of the additional books.

Summary: Interesting YA Novel for Computer Geniuses
Review: The year is 2025, and computers rule the world. Which is why the Net Force was formed. To protect the United States of America from all online criminal activity. But there is also a group of teenage computer geniuses who sometimes know more than adults, who are known as the Net Force Explorers.

While watching a holographic "old-timers" baseball game, Net Force Explorer Matt Hunter, and several of his Net Force Explorer friends are filled with excitement at seeing the legendary Babe Ruth come up to bat, but while doing his well-known routine of pointing to the stands, a group of four people dressed in outfits from the 30's, stand up and open fire on the entire stadium with Tommy guns. Everyone knows that virtual bullets can kill you, and Matt and his Net Force Explorer friends know that this group of vandals must be stopped. But the stadium shoot-out is just the beginning. Now Matt and his friends are worried that perhaps even the legenday Net Force Explorers will be unable to stop them next time.

I found that the first installment of TOM CLANCY'S NET FORCE was both intriguing and interesting. The fact that VITUAL VANDALS takes place in the year 2025 will gain fans from the futuristic and science fiction fans, and all of the talk about the Internet and computers will intrigue the so-called computer geniuses of the world. The characters are intelligent, and computer-savvy, who embark on numerous adventures throughout the novel, and will have the reader rooting for them from the very first page until the very last page. A must-have.

Summary: Well, it is a book for young adults
Review: This book is below par for clancy, but at the same time it was written for "young adults" which would indicate a very different audience than usual. I agree that Ruthless.com, and much of his early work is better than this book

Summary: Title
Review: This book isn't really the real thing. It is a recreation "based" on the original novel by Tom Clancy. I found it kind of slow in some parts. If you like ideas about the futuristic world, then I think you'll like this book. It is easy to understand although the plot is rather simple. Don't read it if you mind the somewhat juvenile writing style. It is about a kid who is a "Net Force Explorer" who goes undercover but ends up liking this female and is to shy to admit that that's his main motive in the case. Recommend ages 8 to 13.

Summary: Awesome Book
Review: This book was an extremly good book. I think that this book does great combining action, adventure, science fiction and tecnology in the future. This book made me not want to stop reading it! I also plan to read many other Net Force books. This book has given me a good preview of what is to come!
