Summary: Amazing enough to compete with Disney World!
Review: I read this book on a vacation to Florida, and I couldn't put it down. I found myself thinking about it and longing to pick it up even while I was in the middle of Walt Disney World. It was even better than the first, and at some parts I was actually gasping out loud.

I think Merlin is a great and strong character. He's not perfect, and knows it, but he's also very amusing. He seemed almost like a real person. I think T.A. Barron did a great job with all of the characters (even though Bumbelwy was a little...uh...strange)

I have a question for the author- Does he like Star Wars? I thought I noticed a sentence or two here and there that sounded a little familiar (Stangmar in the first book, and the part in the end of this one with...well, I won't give it away). Maybe its just me. Anyway, make sure you read this masterpiece! If you like fantasy, I'm sure you'll love this!

Summary: The Stars are Numerous
Review: This was a really good book. I liked it. Is that the only thing everybody says? Because it's true. Go all along the line of all these reviews and there's nothing bad. So listen to me, folks -- this book is good. Merlin gets really far.

Summary: I couldn't put it down!
Review: I think it's really cool that he has written this book because it is one of the best about Merlin. It fills in what Merllin might have experienced to become the Merlin everyone knows. No one else paid attention before TA Barron wrote this book.

Summary: THIS BOOK DESERVES TEN STARS!
Review: This is such an awesome book. It has a great author. I don't see how any one could not like T.A. Barron's books. They are so well written. Besides, were else are you supposed to read about Merlin's childhood? I don't know about any other places you can find a book about Merlin as a tenager that is a cool as this series. After reading this you should want to read his other books. If you don't you had better read the book again, because you didn't get the full effect. You might say this books is for 10 year olds, but I'm 15 and I love it.

Summary: About Seven Songs Of Merlin
Review: This book was the best fantasy that I have read in a long time. It had content and you could really feel what was going on in the story and not just read it. It was full of discriptions and color and was well writen as well as all of his other books. With a T.A. Barron book you can never go wrong even if you don't like fantasy. ~~SP

Summary: Amazing Second Book!
Review: Astounding! For once, the sequel is better than the original. Not by much, though. T.A. Barron is one of the best fantasy authors I have ever read; right up there with Madeline L'Engle and Patricia Wrede. He has once again woven a complicated tale of who we are and who we think others are. He has made us burst out laughing and sent tears down our cheeks in the same book. This novel will give you a startling jolt of reality and fiction and will make you wonder if you are who you think you are.
