Rating: Summary: Great ending to the Perry Trilogy Review: A fun book, it caps off the 1st major Aliens arc nicely. I can't argue with it.
Rating: Summary: The Female War Review: Female War had so much potential that it's a real shame to give it such a low rating. Unfortunately, it's one badly enough that it merits it. Wilks and Billie continue to have a lot of "development" scenes, the only problem being that the authors are basically restating their problems over and over. More than half the book is spent just introducing new characters, condensing the interesting stuff into about a hundred pages at the end. The climax seems rushed harried, and unfinished. The fight scenes are fairly well done, but again short and rushed. Stephani Perry's influence is seen in the writing style -- for the first time in this series, a semi-colon has been properly used, and there's not quite as much language or sex. Ripley is semi-interesting, but not developed enough in any way that counts. This book also shares a flaw with the first two in the trilogy -- namely, not enough of the title creatures. This trilogy has been enjoyable but dissapointing. If you really like Aliens, read them, if not, you're not really missing anything.

Rating: Summary: It was good but I didn't like the ending Review: I liked it but I didn't like the ending. it just didn't seem complete because they didn't tell us if the bomb killed all of the aliens or if some got away. and did the people move back to earth or did the still fear that the aliens were too much at large. when in the first book earth was over run and the were in a robot ship headed to a remote colony. and in the second book spears died so they ended good but in this book the bomb didn't even blow up.but it was still a pretty good book.
Rating: Summary: Demise of a great franchise Review: I loved the first book! The second was kinda boring but i stomached it to get to the 3rd. I made it half way through this book and stopped.
Rating: Summary: The Female War Review: I thought this book would be better, but the end disappointed me so much. I'll take Earth Hive or Nightmare Asylum anytime over The Female War. This book has so much potential, but it sucked.
Rating: Summary: Billie and Wilks are back and they've brought a new friend! Review: Introducing the Queen of all Queens. As a group of dreamers go to her planet to capture her to destroy the Earth Hive once and for all full of plot twists new characters. The best thing about it is Ripley has returned with an origin unknown to her and her colleuges, you'll just have to read it to find out. Congratulations to Steve and Stephani Perry on this wonderful book.
Rating: Summary: Should have been a movie Review: Let me also add that this is by far the best and most creative story of the first 3 books, and maybe more as well. I feel that the story in this book should have played into a movie somewhere. It would have been alot better than ALien Ressurection I feel. 5 stars again.
Rating: Summary: Pretty Damn Good Review: Personally, I found the third book refreshing as a ending book to the other two. I only had one problem with it -- the ending. I couldn't believe it ended like that! With Ripley blowing the planet up? Should have been some getting back together with the group and some team togetherness, or whatever. That is all right though, the plot was good, the character development was pretty good. Overall It was a decent book.
