Summary: The book was boring.
Review: Whenever I get reading assignments from my english class, I always wait until the last minute to do it. It's because I think reading assignments are really boring. Like I said, this book, Dragonsong by Anne Mccaffrey was a boring story. Dragonsong was a boring story. Throughout the whole book, there weren't that much of changes nor big events. It was pretty much smooth and expoectable from beginning till the end. Like when she got her hand cut, my personal thought about the event was that soon or later, her hand will be healed and that she will be able to play her music again. Also the story was pointless and so unreal. Why would youo even try to make a story about a dragon and a troubled girl's life? Eventhough this book Dragonsong was a boring book, there is a lesson that you can actually learn from. 'The lesson is that Don't be discouraged and be strong' I recommend this book to teenagers but not to anyone younger than 13. Because they would be confused, and will be boring for them.

Review: I like reading. When I was told to read the book Dragonsong, written by Anne McCaffrey, I thought it would be fun. It was an adventurous book because of the fantasy in it. The book, Dragonsong was an adventurous story. When Mennolly was down by the shore getting food, the Thread started to fall. Mennolly began running with her fire lizards flying above her. She was running as fast as she could to escape the Threadfall. It burned the people who were hit by the Threads. Right when the reader thinks she's not going to make it back to the cave, a dragonrider swoops down and grabs her and takes her back to Benden. This event of adventure is one of the happenings in the story. The book Dragonsong had a good story moral. I think if you are told to read a book for a class, then you should read this book. I don't think anybody could sit down and for fun just read the book. In my opinion it was a hard book to read, but it was a fun book for me personally to read.

Review: I don't enjoy reading fiction books because there is no base of reality and its all imaginative, like the story of Dragonsong written by Anne McCaffrey. It is an imaginative but yet complex book about dragons and fire lizards. The thought of dragons killing thread and protecting the world from harm. People had to impress the dragons and fire lizards by feeding them and talking to them. After that the person would be connected to that certain animal for life. The dragon or lizard impressed could actually read the mind of their owner and would follow them everywhere the person went. When dragons go "between" it gives a totally new view on our lives, it gives you a lot to think about and really starts your imagination. I personally didn't enjoy reading Dragonsong. To me it was very confusing, and boring. But for the people who like fanatasies, this would be an excellent book to read.

Review: In conclusion I found that Dragonsong is a well written fantasy that stretches reality and pulls you into the life of a girl on a far off place faced with all sorts of problems. I would recommend this book to anyone from fantasy lovers to people who just want a break from reality.

Review: The imaginative and sometimes complex story of Dragonsong is an involvong read. Dragonsong was a complex book in which the author introduced foreign and new fictional concepts. The entire story of Menolly is derived from the ongoing drama of a fictional land called Pern. The story is complex because it explains a twisted tale of a moon that sends deadly bacteria to Pern. The story goes on to describe how the dragon lizards were formed and why. The complexity continues with the ancient art of being a harpist, which is a singer of ancient story-songs that describe ancient times. The novel Dragonsong although imaginative was over all a complex and foreign story. I personally found it hard to believe and understand at all levels. Unless a person is intrigued by fantasy and the magic I would not recommend this book.

Review: I enjoy reading good books during my leisure time and I have just finishing reading Dragonsong. Dragonsong was an imaginative book written by a lady named Anne McCaffrey, showing the paths taken by a young girl named Menolly. It's amazing how the story gets more and more intense as you read chapter by chapter. Anne McCaffrey uses her imagination when Menolly actually kind of communicate with the fire lizards on a steep cliff in the story. Another one of the imaginative parts of the story is when she kind of talks to the Mother of the fire lizards, and through their conversation, she is able to save her and the fire lizards from an upcoming tide hitting the shore. Despite the many troubles Menolly encounters to fulfill her dream of becoming the new Harper, she comes through it all with the strong faith she has in herself. I believe this book would be an inspiration to those who love a book filled with imagination coming from the mind of Anne McCaffrey. I recommend this book to anyone who may happen to like reading a good book during their leisure time.

Review: I love reading fantasy books. A good book to read if you love fantasy is Dragonsong by Anne McCaffrey. Dragonsong is an adventurous book that keeps your attention. It is at times a little hard to understand but worth reading if you love dragons and mystical places. Dragonsong was an adventurous book because of the things the characters get themselevs into. One of the more exciting events in Dragonsong would be the dangerous threadfall. Threadfall makes an exciting twist to the plot providing adventurous situations for the characters. Anne McCaffrey did a wonderful job of making Dragonsong an exciting and mystical book filled with adventure. Dragonsong was a good book that was written well. It had a good plot and a i would recomend it to people who like short fantasy books.

Review: I think Dragonsong is a really interesting book, the author writing a mythology about the Dragon and I think this book interesting. Because the Dragon is look like a big lizard and the lizard can fly. When they are little they were so lovable. And they listen to their master's command. This book story is writing about Menolly and her life. Menolly was a good girl, she has a relly good job. Because her job in her life she was meet a lot of nover, danger things. And she has a little fire lizard queen and I think between the human and the animal has the feelings is very interesting.

Review: Usually reading assignments that I get in English class that involve reading an entire book upset and overwhelm me. Dragonsong by Anne McCaffrey was different though; it is an intriguing story of relationships, challenges, imagination, and determination. Dragonsong is really quite intriguing. It is written about things that aren't always thought of in our time. It's abnormal and yet very creative because of the imaginary Thread organisms. In this book there are many different challenges to overcome and all sorts of creatures and people that add intrigue. There is always a new charcter jumping into the story. Menolly is the main character of Dragonsong and throughout the story her adventurous spirit is throwing her into all sorts of situations. Such as falling over the side of a cliff as she spies on Fire lizards and not being able to return until she rescued their eggs. She tends to get through them all with her experience and determination. She also seems to love the challenges of life out of her normal home in the Hold. There are many events in this story and those are just a few. Dragonsong is full of mystery, puzzle, creativity, excitement, and intrigue. It is a book that I don't regret reading. And instead of being overwhelmed by the length and falling behind, I actually jumped ahead and finsihed far before my due date. It is well thought out and well written!

Review: I happen to enjoy reading a good book. I am always ready to open one up and get into it as soon as possible. Dragonsong by Anne McCaffrey was an exciting book. Dragonsong was a book filled with excitement. The author adds many things that help fill it with excitement. For instance the threadfall provided much excitement with its deadly charactaristics. Therefore the author explains that the fierce dragons battle this deadly thread to maintain life on Pern. Menolly was almost killed by this treaturous thread and that experience was exciting enough to exemplify the the excitment of this book. I found this book to be very complicated yet hidden in all the complexities I found a very important moral and that was to never give up on what you truly love. This was a very good book but due to its complexity I recomend it to all high school students.
