Summary: an experienced xanth reader and commentator
Review: Hey- first off, I just want to say the xanth series is a must read for any 10 years of age and older reader. If you are gifted, why not start reading even younger. If you have not read a single xanth book, I strongly recomend that you run out to your local library and pick up this book. Demon's don't dream is a great xanth book to start on because the whole story is about two people from the real world that play a computer game and go to the magical fantasy land of xanth. Naturally, the whole world must be explained to the adventurers, so it is explained to you in the process. If you decide to begin with other xanth novels, you will get thouroghly confused by the immense genius and history of xanth. All 20+ novels in the xanth series are incredibly enjoyable and must reads. I usually finish each book in no more than 3 sittings. You will really enjoy this. A MUST READ! Don't forget to read each book in the series after you read this one. (Also, try to check out the xanth thread on the internet. It is really cool. Just do a search for it.)

Summary: EXCELLENT!!!!
Review: I am not a big fantasy person, but when my friend loaned me this book, I thought it sounded interesting. IT WAS TOTALLY AND UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME!!! I haven't read the other Xanth novels, but I hope to soon. The only problem I had with this book was that the editor wasn't too good. There was a few misspelled words, and some of the grammar was off. But most people wouldn't notice that, so don't let it cloud your judgement. I reccommend this book to EVERYONE!!!! thanx.

Summary: Piers got me hooked on his books
Review: I found Demons Don't Dream at a yard sale. The night I got it, I finished it. Demons don't Dream is a fast read that will want to be read and re-read time and time again. Everytime you read it you notice more puns, and apprieciate Peris' style of writing even more. It's a great book to read to kids, they pick up on the fantasy and and make it another fairy tale, where with adults it's a world full of heric dangers, and complex story lines

Summary: Excellent Story line
Review: I have read all of Anthony's Xanth novels up to Demon Lover and I find this one to be one of his best. In this one he involves Mundania and gives them a chance to interact with Xanth an idea i am sure all of his readers wishes could happen. I hope Xanth goes on forever for children and adults everywhere.

Summary: maybie HE was born in xanth
Review: I have read alot of the xanth books in fact I've read all the books from spell for chamelion to faun and games and im waiting for the next book to come out. One thing that upsets me is that guy from minnesota who said all the xanth books are the same and i wonder if he ever finished a xanth book because evin though they start the same they turn in verry differant ways. Each section of books he writs has a similer but not too much so stile but the next cluster is verry diferant and throughs you off. One thing i liked most in this book is that it reaches for the convincing line few can find between mundania and xanth he always has some reason why we cant alwayse find it and through our minds and our bieliefs we can find the wonderfull xanth and we can go whenever we want. this is the most interesting point of the book is how it explanes that whatever we know about xanth we cannot truly enter till we believe and then we may enter through our minds and we can believe because he tells us reasons why our people cant find it that no matter what kind of science we have to bace on he has reasons that make you think that he was raised in xanth himself.

Summary: Brain Candy....and darn good Brain Candy too!
Review: I know that the Xanth books are not very deep or complex, but they are light-hearted and wonderful! The puns are great fun and I love all of the Xanth books! I'm an avid fantasy reader, and I have read about six Xanth books (and counting) and I love 'em all! Demons Don't Dream is a very original and interesting Xanth book! Very good (and quick) read! Enjoy!

Summary: Xanth is great!
Review: I love Xanth and I have read every book in the sieries. This is a good book. The only thing I didn't like was the computer game they made. It was juvenile and easy, once you figured that they made everything pun. I got the book when I bought the game and have read it over 5 times
