Review: T.A. Barron is a great writer. I could not put this book down at all. I felt as if I was Merlin...and I was experiancing what he did. The combination of the Arthurian legends, fantasy, and imagination makes this book great!

Review: This definately was the best book I`ve ever read.As soon as possible I`ve just got to get my hands on The Sevon Songs. I hope that turns out to be as good as the first was! From the beggining to the end of the book I was Thrilled dazzled and amazed! I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys fantasy, adventure, and just plain fun reading! In this book Barron takes the epic story of the master of wizardryand and sheds a light on the childhood of Merlin! When I first bought the book I didn`t think it would be such a great story. But boy was I wrong!!! The characters were great, the story was amazing,I doubt there is a better book in existance, and if there is it must be the sequal to this book!!! 10 on my scale!!!!!

Review: Barron has come up with a masterpiece! The best I`ve read in my life! This book has realy got me waiting for more! I recomend this to anyone who is interested in magic, myth, or Merlin! This book is more valuable to me than other Merlin books because it tells the tails of the young Merlin wich many forget about. As soon as I can I`ve got to read The Seven Songs of Merlin. As soon as I finish that I`ll read The next, once published- wich shouldn`t take long.

Review: As a fourth-grader this book was awesome and spectacular. I enjoyed it from the start and hope to read other books by T.A.B. This book took me to the adventurous side of life and it had a good plot. I think other people and kids would like this book too. Tom Barron is going to write five books after this one all about Merlin and I'm going to read them all!

Review: A wonderful book, Barron has realy got me on the edge my seat for The Sevon Songs of Merlin and after that the last of the trilogy. When I found out that Stangmar was his father, and then they had to battle each other I thought "Well I didn`t expect that,it`s like something out of Star Wars. But this is definately the best book I`ve ever read. A ten o my scoreboard!!

Review: Barron outdoes himself in this wonderful book about a boy of unknown origin trying to find out who and what he is. This is the best book I've ever read, and I've read alot of books.
