Review: The cast:The demon Xanth in the form of a mute dragon called Nimby, an un lovable girl Chlorene, a family from Mundainia, and a mundane huricane.The plot: Nimby must get Chlorene to shed one tear for him, while helping the family get out of xanth, and conquering the huricane. So the story starts.

Review: This book was an absolute masterpeice. It had a great plot, good characters, and just an all around good storyline. I have read every Xanth novel twice, and I think this is one of his better ones. The only drawback I think that this novel had was its seemingly unconcluded ending. I read the last sentence of the novel and I feel that the book was uncompleted. I have never known Peirs Anthony to end any of his novels that way. If it would have ended better I would have given it a 5.

Review: This is a fantastical Xanth novel, that did get a bit serious a times, but for the most part, it was fun!! It had an awesome storyline, great characters, loads of almost non-stop adventure and of course, the usual puns. Some of the puns are absolutely hysterical, and others I could have done without. The twists and turns of the plot will keep you glued to this book!! You won't want to miss this riveting, impossible to put down story. The main characters, Chlorine and Demon Xanth was an unlikely pair to put together but Piers knew what he was doing-creating a very powerful and unforgettable novel. I found myself staying up till all hours of the night to read this book. I just couldn't put it down!! I loved the characters and the outcome was traumatic and sad, however Piers has delivered yet another Xanth novel, but this one had some punch to it!!! I have read almost all of the Xanth series and this is by far the best one yet!!!!!

Summary: An interesting development in the Xanth storyline
Review: This is one of the better books in the Xanth series. For the first time, we see the Demon X(A/N)th as a protagonist in a story, and watch him struggle under the limitations he agreed to take on as part of his bet with his fellow Demons. It was interesting to follow his growth from a callous, impersonal, omnipotent entity to something closer to human. If you like Piers Anthony's Xanth series and are interested in the development of the world of Xanth, I think you'll like this book. Ron Eber

Summary: I never get tired of his books
Review: This is the best book in all his stories. I lve the plot of the Demon X(anth) and the betting. I truly laughed out loud when he got Chlorine instead of the nice girl wo would just cry if he got hurt. I loved the part about the mundanes and their "moving house."
