Summary: I LOVED THIS BOOK!!
Review: This is a positively great book! I believe that it is one of Piers Anthony's masterpieces and I think that the twists that the plot takes are delightful and amusing. His work of bringing together all the many characters into such an unexpected conclusion is entertaining and very enjoyable. I have read every single Xanth book including the most recent, "Faun and Games" and I never once less than loved any of them!

Summary: Metria kicks!!!
Review: This is almost the greatest book, being only second to isle of view. but if you love the demoness metria then you'll love this book. She embarks on a journey across the land of xanth and beyond to summon people and creatures for the trial of the century. full of puns, laughs, and reunions its the second best xanth book ever!!! if you don't love it, you haven't really read it. but you have to read the previous books in order to feel the nostalgia.

Review: This is my favorite book in the enormous Xanth series (I think this is number 19). It has very few of the awful puns that gave this series notoriety, and delivers a great moral tale. A perfect book, and one of my all-time favorites.

Review: This was the first book I read by Piers Anthony. I loved it. I loved how everything used simple logic and how everything was not as it apeared to be. The characters are the best. I also liked how he would tell segments of another story in his books. It gives me a chance to see what the other books are about. I got hooked by reading this book and I encourage others to read it too.

Review: Yes, he's quite the wit with puns and words and phrases, and yes it's fun.... but enough already. Let us have some interesting storyline too! I think I still like best the story A Spell For Chameleon. It was heartwarming. Roc and a Hard Place is just an exercise in wordiness. Does he get paid by the word? No character development, no plot development, just more and more and more of the same.
