Review: I read the book The Ear The Eye and The Arm. This book was written by Nancy Farmer. I feel this book was pretty good. I say this because the characters did a lot of fun stuff and they went on a cool adventure. The characters were Tendea and Mowlry. This book had a lot of detail. If you like futuristic books this is the book for you.

Review: Imagine if you were trapped in a house all day long in the year 2194! Imagine if you had never seen further than the walls that surrounded you and all that you saw all day were robots instead of people! Well that is how the three main children, Tendai, Rita, and Kuda, live in the book, The Ear, The Eye, and the Arm.

In the book, The Ear, the Eye, and the Arm, three brave young children set out on a journey to explore the city behind the walls they are trapped in. They enter the world not knowing how to get on a bus, how to buy food, or even worse, know where to go.

In their adventure they meet with many friendly people and some not so friendly people. They enter places with culture and spirit. Then they enter places with crime and hatred. At the end they fall onto the hands of the deadliest gang in Zimbabwe, "The Masks".

Will the three children ever escape or will they be possessed by the evil spirits of "The Masks"? Tendai, Rita, and Kuda have to find their way back home safe before its too late.

Review: General Matiska's children talk their family mellower in to hypnotizing their parents so the parents would give the children Tendai, Rita, and Kuda passes to leave the house. The reason the children had to get the mellower to hypnotize their parents was because their father General Matiska of Zimbabwe had never allowed them out of the house due to the fact he was scared that the only gangsters left, the Masks, would kidnapp his children. The children not knowing the dangers of the outside world leave the house hoping they get home before their parents.
From Mbare Musika (the market place) and the blue monkey to Borrowdwale and Mrs. Horsepool-Worthingham the children go to many places and meet many peope. The children also meet the She Elephant in Dead Man's Vlei and worst of all they meet their dad's nightmare the Masks!!! Tendai's birthday is just around the corner. Do you think he will make it home on time?

Review: It all started out when General Matsika, the General of futuristic Zimbabwe's three children, Tendai, Rita, and Kuda went on what was supposed to be a thrilling adventure. The problem was that they had never crossed the boundries of their house. When they get to the Mbare Musika (the Market) they Meet a genetically engineered monkey and are taken into the evil custody of the She Elephant. The She Elephant plans to sell the three to a terrifying gang called the Masks. Read the rest of this intriguing story of three children trying to get back to their safe home.

Review: Imagine you live in a walled fortress called home. Far away from the excitements of the outside world, and you are only surrounded by robot servants and robot dogs. Wouldn't that be boring? That is why thirteen- year- old Tendai, his sister Rita, and little brother Kuda ran way into the heart of Zimbabwe.
The three kids escaped with no knowledge of how to ride a bus, train, or subway. This worried their parents so much that they contacted the three unusual detetives The Ear, The Eye, and The Arm. But unfortunately these detectives are always just one step behind the children. During the kid's escape, they face many problems, like being captured, lost and even the worst thing had happened to them; they were sold to the evil gang of Zimbabwe The Masks.

Review: This book is taken place in Zimbabwe in 2194. General Matiska hs three children, Tendai, Rita, and Kuda. They are not allowed to leave the house because their father's brothers were killed in front of his eyes and he dosn't want the same to happen to them. The mellower hypnotizes the mother, Mrs Matiska, and father, Mr. Matiska, allowing the children to escape in the outside world. When they leave the house they get into adventures good and bad. During the adventures they get captured my Knife and Fist and are taken to Dead mans Vlei where the she Elephant is. They soon escape with Trashman and go to Resthaven. If one enters Rusthaven they can't leave. With difficulty they find a way to escape. They end p getting caught by the worst gang. The MASKS!!!! The masks are meanest and the only gang left in Zimbabwe that General Matiska hasn't killed. When the parents find the children are gone the contact the Ear the Eye the Arm for help. They are detectives with powers. they get invovled finding the children. Will the children be found and be able to escape? Will the children get home? Read to find out!

Review: When Tendai,Kuda, and Rita are kidnapped the Matsikas hire the most unusual detectives in the world. The Mellower thought of the idea and he regreted it. But, why? The children are tossed around constantly in this book. Will they track down the children? Who is after the children and why? This science fiction book will catch your attention, if you like science fiction.

Review: Do not look behind a mask! The Masks are people who live by a train station, attack trains, and behead people. The Matsika children are the General's children. They escape their house and their dull lives and go into the city. General Matsika has sent three very odd detectives to go and save the children. That group is called The Ear, The Eye, and The Arm.
The detective's mission takes them through many cities until it ends up in a swaying, very tall building called the Mile-high Macllwine. The detectives are always really close to getting the children but there is just one problem, when they got to look for them, the children have JUST left. These detectives are always getting injured because they have special abilities and that makes them really sensitive in some ways.
The children end up in very dangerous places from which they know that they have to escape, but there is just one problem they do not know that their parents are trying their hardest to find the children, they think that they are out partying and on a trip. Every night they wish that they are home and in their rooms rather than moving from one place to another. They know that they are not on an adventure but they are in very dangerous places in which they could die.
The evil people, the spirits within, the criminals, and people planning on killing the children-will Ear, Eye, and Arm be able to save the children? Even worse, will the children be able to survive before Ear, Eye, and Arm get to them? Read this downright incredible book and you would be able to find the answers to these questions.

Review: If you like adventure, science fiction, and mystery, you'll love this book! It's got it all: daring rescues, glimpses of the past and cool technological structers.

In the beginning three kids are bored with life and all the robots and machines that surround them, so they plan a trip to get out of the house that they are confined in with the help of the family Mellower. The trip serves two purposes: first, to see what the outside world is like and second to be able to claim an Eagle Scout explorer's badge. They plan to be back before their parents get home, but that idea is abandoned when they are kidnapped by some slum dwellers and made to work in a plastic mine. Meanwhile their father a rich army general, and their mother a very beautiful and brave woman try to get all the help they can. They end up hiring the weirdest detectives in the country of Zimbabwe. The kids go from Dead Man's Vlei to an enclosed area of the past and at last to the evil base of the worst gang in Zimbabwe. The detectives are right behind then but always arriving a little too late to rescue them.

Will the kids survive? Will the gangsters get caught? If you want to konw the ending just buy this book and read it. I normally do not like science fiction, but this was an exception. It's one of the best books I have read. Just to let you know, I have read a good load of books and I'd put this one in the top ten!

Because he afraid that a gang called the msks will caputre the childern. He also thinks that the gang will turn the childern aginst him.
This becomes true when the childern get so bord that they have the mellower talk the fahter into giving leaving passes. Then a cuple hours later the kids get captured and they are put to work in a plastic mine. Then the kids are sold to the masks!! Will the kids ever het home safly?
