Summary: i love this book series!!!
Review: I stopped reading fiction in High School but I think this is one series I could read over and over...It's really creative and I think it makes you think, especially if you read this when you are a youth. Anyway, I also kind of think the Matrix might have stolen some of their ideas from it.. (tripods, and the thought that humans could make machines that have intelligence and "revolt" and enslave them...) but maybe these ideas have been floating around for a long time. I recommend this book to everyone and give it five stars!

Summary: Great!
Review: Of all the books that I have read, the tripods series was definately one of those which i enjoyed the most. I read them all again and again in 4th grade, after my friend sam turned me onto them, and i don't hesitate to recomend them to anyone, especialy kids who are new to the sci-fi genre.

Summary: My first Science Fiction books.
Review: I read these books when I was about in the 5th grade and that is where my reading science fiction got started. Now at 30 somthing years old I look back and think what really hooked me on this series of books, drama for all ages. There is suspense, romance and adventure. Suitable for all ages. If you think you are interested in reading science fiction try these stories and see where it leads you.

What made the story fun for me was trying to figure out the boys routes on there adventures accross an enslaved future Europe and where they might end up next.
