Summary: I loved it!
Review: I liked this book alot. I think it is the best book in The Heritage of Shannara. I was hoping for a huge battle though with the elves vs the federaration but it was still very good. I wish there was a follow up book because i want to see what happens with the characters especially morgan.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Preety Good Book, 3rd Place in the Heritage Series for Me!
Review: I love the Shannara Series, I've Read them all except for 2, and have loved every book I've read! They're great! I just finished this one at about 1:30 This Morning, and It's Fantastic! A Must Read!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: So good, you have to buy the other 6!
Review: I loved this book. The whole story comes to one final end, after 3 books full of running, screaming, and fighting. To date, I haven't had the chance to read The Sword of Shannara or it's sequels; I started with the scions of Shannara, Book 1 of the Heritage of Shannara. The story of the Ohmsfords and Leahs is like a history class to me. But that makes it more exciting, because it puts you more in the place of Par, Coll, and Morgan. All three have magic, created several hundred years ago, and eventually given to them, which they use to defeat the Shadowen. I love that. The whole book is almost like an AD&D adventure; some have magic, some have brute strength, and some have nothing but their wits and a dagger. It makes it really exciting, because the battles and the characters are described excellently. It's so possible to imagine Walker facing off against the four Horsemen, or Coll chasing Par through the wilderness. I love this book, and it's predecessors! I can't wait to get my hands on Sword of Shannara!

Summary: Great books, ending was eeehehhhhhhhh
Review: I read alllllll the books up to this one. The thing I like so much about Brooks is there is usually a greattt ending. This book's ending, I feel, wwaaasssss horrible. I give it five stars because the plot twists of its preceding novels of the series and the fact that if you cut out the ending its probally one of the best books I've ever read

Summary: Talismans of Shannara
Review: I read the book Tailsmans of Shannara by Terry Brooks. This book is the 7th in the series and continues off the one before it. I would suggest this book to grade 8 and up. This book is fantasy. The Shadowen, things that are almost imposable to kill swarm the four lands. Their dark magic killing everything. Their leader is determined to kill the scions of Shannara. For walker he sends the four horsemen. Wren he gives an untrue friend. Par he takes control of his brother Coll and leads par to a terrible fate. When I was reading I got into the book really quickly. This book was easy to get into because the other one left me wondering.

Summary: Wonderful
Review: I really enjoyed this book and I'm sure you would too. It is the last book in the series, Heritage of Shannara, so if you would like to read this book I recommend you get the other ones first. They were all great books with masterful plots

Summary: Great! What a way to end the series!
Review: I really loved this book, it brought all the stories from the previous three to a great conclusion. I really loved the scene when walker is fighting the four horsemen, that was really sweet. The only thing that I really didn't like was the death of Cogline, but the guy was hundreds of years old and he had to die sometime, why not in the best part of the book. Bravo Terry, another excellent book on your part, I enjoyed it all the way through.

Summary: Thank god the next series is strong I almost gave brooks up
Review: I wanted to kick Brooks in the nads after reading the fist one then second one of this series....so godawfully bad and plodding and man, you couldn't stop since you had to know how it ends right? Don't let these three throw u off Broosk as it did me for a year!! I might have never read brooks again!

I was really getting angery since he obviously put these ones out kinda fast and then ended the trilogy quickly with major cops outs to most plot lines all around.....I fkin hate cop outs!

Thankfully The Voyage trilogy has started much stronger, much, and May Have Brooks reborn in my views, but this series pissed me off so bad it took me like 1-2 years to even bother with the next trilogy even though I had it boxed set since christmas 1 year ago....its now 02/05...

Any way The shadowen are cast aside as what was going to be one of the cooler enemies invented in a while

The coolest character in this series was killed in the previous book and his waepon is not shown to be taht powerful after all

kinda bummer

Summary: My Favourite
Review: In by opinion, though completely different to most other peoples it seems, is that this book is the best in the Shannara series. Why? Because instead of focusing on just one person or a specific group (par and coll, or wren) it gives you the very different stories of Par & Coll, Wren and Walker Boh in one book. I liked the way it was incorporated, it really grabs your attention. The ending was different, but I liked it:)
