Summary: ENDER'S REVIEW
Review: On the scale of 1 to 5, i rated this book a three. Not because it is a bad book, but because i am not a very intersted in science fiction stories. Looking at it from another point of view, i think this book was really well written. i like the author's way of describing the events that take place. The character description was excellent as well. the story of this book, being made up in space and all, makes the author seem like he is a very imaginative person. i liked the idea of sending Ender up in space for battle school. This was a really good story. As i mentioned above, i really do not like science fiction books, especially the ones that deal with dragons and big aliens, etc. that is exactly what i thought this book would be like, but i was really glad to see that this book has a storyline to it. it has main characters who are involved throughout the story and it even has some sentimental moments, which is not very common in science fiction stories. Overall, i thought this was a great book and it has a very interesting and different storyline.

Summary: A must read
Review: Well this was my first time reading a book by Scott Card and to be honest I really did not want to read it, but I had to because it was for a class but as I read the book I became involved because I too like computer games and I thought that the book did a great job at making me realize that the only person capable of saving humanity is a young third boy named Ender Wiggin. Ender was a boy who was very smart and was admitted to military combat school to become a master at computer gaming and to fight against the "Buggers", Ender becomes a master and he was able to be flawless and become victorious and save the Planet Earth. When it comes to computer games Ender's your man.

Summary: Ender's Excellence
Review: The book was excellent. It started slow but once it got going it was great. I usually have a tough time getting into a book, but once I started I couldn't put it down. It showed a lot about the human race. It showed us our love, our consideration, and of course our stupidity. It also shows us about what exactly is inside of us. Something that everyone knows is there, but no one wants to talk about it. It shows us how ruthless the human race can be. What other form of life would put their young through what the human race puts their children through. It showed us how young and how old children can be. The book was about raising a child to be a killer at the age of 11. But at the age of 11 most kids don't have a worry in the world. Kids are supposed to have fun playing with other kids. Not playing games that the object is to kill the other team. One thing that did stand out I the book was love. The love that Ender had for Valentine, and also the love that Val had for Ender. Just as you think that Ender is turning into a killer the love Val showed him helped Ender show himself that he is just another kid. And just when you think that Ender only has hat for the buggers he shows that love again. He shows us hot to forgive and forget. One thing is for sure in this book, the human race might be smart enough to invent all kinds of hi-tech stuff, but when it comes to raising children, the human race is still lost in the dark.

Summary: Read IT
Review: Ender's Game is a very good book. I had to read it for an English class and at first was not very interested in reading the book, but then after I got started reading I got hooked! This is a pretty easy reading book. Kids and adults should read this wonderful science fiction book. This book deals with a boy named Ender who is raised to fight in this war that has been going on with them and the aliens. Ender is found to have some special gift. He is trained to have no feelings as far as remorse or anything along those lines. He goes along and fights in this war. Ender is a very intelligent kid who I would call an overachiever. Good ending to the book. One of my favorite quotes is from Enders sister. (Valentine) Welcome to the human race. Nobody controls his own life, Ender. The best you can do is choose to be controlled by good people, by people who love you." -Valentine

Enders game is great at making you feel like you are part of the book. The book just gives you this hero feeling about Ender. In the book Enders' Games many good points of life are brought out such as Honesty, courage and ones of that nature. Enders game is a book that does not leave much out. There is a great amount of detail in the book.

Summary: Sensational Sci-fi Book
Review: I was entranced upon reading Ender's Game by Orson Scott card. I'd give it a 9.9 out of 10. In it an insect-like alien race has twice menaced the earth attacking it with fleets of ships. Now humanity is sending brilliant child geniuses into space to train them to become super commanders and lead the defense of Earth. Ender Wiggin is the best of the children. Two reasons this book excels are that one it was filled with excitement and adventure and it was realistic and sci-fi .It had action and something was happening at all times of the book. There are battles between squads called armies and there are fights, yet throughout this sci-fi book the plot and storyline remained realistic and not far-fetched. You'll also like it because it is highly descriptive and was filled with reasons for things that happened in it.You'll enjoy this book so read it.

A minor problem for some children that are planning to read this book is that is scary for young children as the main character kills 2 people intentionally. But for most children it is an excellent sci-fi book and its frightningness only adds to its excitement, so don't let this discourage you. It is captivating and I recommend it for ages 9-14, but not for young children. I also recommend the parallel novel and its sequels.

Summary: Ender Won the Game!
Review: Ender's Game is an excellent book about a boy genius who is obligated to save the human race. It is the first of Orson Scott Card's series about Ender. Ender is a genius who had been monitored by the government which hopes for him to become a commander to defend earth from a race of aliens that already attacked twice, but barely losing the second time. He is mistreated treated by bullies and his older brother (who is jealous that Ender is smarter than him; both Ender's brother and sister are geniuses but not as smart as Ender) because of his mental superiorness. His sister cares about him and is angry, concerned, and upset about how their brother abuses him. She is also concerned about whether he is okay during his isolated training. Ender is requested to go to battle school by the government and feels he has to go. Ender's Game is a such an excellent book because it has an absorbing and deep plot with plenty of action about a boy who has power with out trying; he uses his wits to win fights. The author includes many aspects of what the future might be like, but doesn't describe too much so you can use your imagination. Some people may not like Ender's Game's fast pace or the language and violence in it. But those compromisable elements can't diminish the story nor do they take away from the fun of reading the book at all. If you don't mind those few things, Ender's Game is an excellent book with a well thought out plot, that has a meaning with some action squeezed in somehow too which can't always be found in a sci-fi book.

Summary: Ender's Game Review (reading 100)
Review: I usually don't find science fiction books interesting. I thought they were useless and non-essential. After reading this book for one of my classes, I actually enjoyed Ender's Game. I couldn't put the book down. It's action packed, funny, inventive, and a very good book. Orson Scott Card is very intelligent and he shows it in Ender's Game. He's a very inventive author. He has a very wide imagination. The book is so creatively detailed that you feel like you're actually there, fighting the buggers with Ender. You feel like you're one of the students at the Battle School. Its an amazing book! I'd recommend this book to anyone who is up for any kind of action and comedy.

Summary: Ender's Game Reveiw
Review: When I first bought Ender's Game, I took a look at the cover and the back of the book to just kind of get an idea of what it was about. Just from previewing the book I could tell that it had a lot to do with space and aliens, two things that I do not have a great interest in. However, I figured I would give the book a chance since it was a requirement for my reading class. After I got past the first chapter I slowly began to gain interest. Even though Ender's Game had a lot to do with space and aliens, I found that it also dealt a lot with many other things and had a lot to offer the reader. As my reading of Ender's Game increased, I began to realize how much it dealt with a lot of the same realistic issues that people have to deal with everyday in the real world. Ender's Game includes a great combination of family values, friendships, leadership, love, action, deception, hatred, and jealousy. Another thing that I really like about this book was the way it was written. It was a book that I found very easy to read and found that it also did a great job in helping the reader create a great mental picture of what was going on, which I think truly helps in keeping the reader interested. Ender's Game also seems to have a great amount of detail, but that did affect the pace of the book. I thought it was just enough to make sure the reader did not get lost. The chapters are very well paced. The book begins to move at a faster pace, as the reader gets farther into the book. Overall, I thought it was a great book and definitely would recommend it to friends.

Summary: Reading 802
Review: Basically my first impression about this book was that it was gonna be a boring and dumb book. But like the saying goes, "Don't judge a book by its cover!" When i first started reading this book i couldn't get into it. At least not until i really started concentrating on reading it. As i got deeper and deeper in this book, i realized that it was actually interesting, and entertaining. I kept on reading because i wanted to know what happened next. What that meant to me was that, i was actually going to finish reading this book. Thats' something i rarely do! I'm the type of person who never reads or just doesn't read a whole book. So for all you people out there who don't like reading, maybe you should consider reading this book. What i liked about this book was that it had kinda two stories to it going on at once. You had what was going on up in space with Ender, and down on Earth with Valentine and Peter. So that kind of made me want to keep reading on. What i didn't like about the book was that its a sci-fi book. I really hate science fiction kinds of stories. But that's just me, if you like science fiction stories then you should read this book. But overall i give this book an 8 out of 10 and would recommend this book to just about anybody.

Summary: Ender's Game
Review: I had read a science fiction novel called Ender's Game. As I flipped through the first few pages of the novel, I had a clear image of Ender's world. I could understand how a six-year-old boy has to go through in growing up, especially when there are brother and sister in the family. But then when I read to the point when Ender fought Stilson, I had a thought that Ender is not a normal six-year-old kid I see in my neighborhood. From that on, I pictured that the novel is taken place beyond our time. I predicted that it's some time in the future because I could see the advanced technologies they are using. I am a fan of science fiction; I like to read books that are unrealistic and taking place far in the future. I liked to imagine the kind of lifestyle in that time; therefore, Ender's Game became interesting to read. I admired the author for being so imaginative to create a lifestyle beyond the real world with enough details to make it real. The idea of kids going to Battle School sounds very unrealistic but the story gives enough reasons to prove that it works. In our real world, you have to be eight-teen to be in the military to have enough skills to fight, but in Ender's world, all you need is to be a kid. Many adults fail to realize that kids are smart; they just think that they are immature. But the immature part is the smartness in them. I liked the author's point that kids are smart. Through reading this novel, I found that the language is somewhat difficult to understand because I'm not much a game player. It was hard for me to picture the battle scenes because I could not understand the words the author described. Overall, I liked the novel and I would like to recommend it to those who are imaginative or interested in games and battles.
