Summary: A Work of Art
Review: Ender's Game, one of Orson Scott Card's most magnificent works, should be read by anyone interested in sci-fi. Even those not entrenched in science fiction would thoroughly enjoy this book. I highly recommend it.

Summary: Among the 10 best science fiction novels of the 20th century
Review: As classic Hero's Journey, "Ender's Game" is one of the ten best science fiction stories of the twentieth century. It uncannily predicted the Internet and personal computers many years ahead of time. The story is both tense and sparse yet gripping from almost the first page. Card is a writer of immense power and this seemingly grim story of a boy conceived and brought up to be a leader and fighting machine is a bright tapestry about determination, loyalty, and bravery. This story is the beginning of the "Ender" saga, but very different from the other books in the series. I have read it many times and never get tired of it.

Summary: Ender's Game
Review: I thought Ender's Game was by far the best book I have read in my life. It's a book about Ender Wiggen a government made super genius that is sent to space to go to battle school to train for the war against the buggers. In battle school he learns many lessons in life and knows alot more then he did before. After being transferred from army to army higher and higher in rank he is the leader of the best army The Dragon Army that was terminated in the past but has been revived by the General and is at Ender's command. The leaders of the Battle school thought that Ender needed to go to Command school to learn how to command an army in war. After using the simulator and learning how the buggers fight the leaders of Command school trick him into fighting the real war. When he leaves the simulator he is very confused at why everyone was so happy then after the General told him he was a hero in history. I think Orson Scott Card did an excellent job at writing the book he really is a great author I am going to continue to read his books and I hope this review was helpful to you.

Summary: Wonderful
Review: The novel Ender's Game is a great piece of work. The story begins with young boy named Andrew "Ender" Wigin being chosen by his country to go off to battle school where he will learn to become a military genius. While he is off at military school, his brother and sister are back at home building an alliance with each other. Ender goes through many different things throughout his times at the battle school. Ender goes through peer pressure, the fact of not being treated as an equal, and isolation from the world. The games are very wierd but in a great way. The games are based on real life things that could happen to Ender but in a different point of view. The practice battles are also very neat and some of the things Ender does during these practices are out of this world. This book is a must read for all science fiction fans.

Summary: A GREAT READ BOOK!
Review: A GREAT READ BOOK ENDERS GAME

Enders game is a well-read book; it is great and quick to read I believe that this was a great story. It takes place in a future world of earth were there technology is very advanced. Ender who is 6 years old at the time he is chosen to leave Earth by a group of people called the International Fleet. Ender who is to train for several years must be ready for a Third Invasion of an alien race. Called the Buggers. I would have liked to know myself what the buggers actually look like but please bear with the book, because this whole book is about using your imagination. Ender who is 6 years old wen the International Fleet take him he really had no choice but other than to stay at home with his brother Peter, who wants to kill him. His loving Sister, Valentine, and his parents. When Ender arrives at Battle School he first realizes this is a mistake. He goes to Battle-school for several years to train and become a military genus. Later he is so good at that, he advance to Command school and from here on everything is so exciting. Why I think this book was so good is because the often turns of events, and since you think the way if probably will turn out to be, well you better think twice because it turns out to be a twisting change of events in the story. I give this book Four out of five, because it could have done a little bit better at the end of the story.

Summary: Great Characterization Makes Excellent Science Fiction
Review: I've never been a big science fiction fan. I've found that most of the genre's authors substitute believable characters and good dialogue with "over the top" situations and techno-babble. Thus, I was a little apprehensive when I started Ender's Game. Fortunately, I was pleasantly surprised.

Card avoids the trap that catches a good number of science fiction writers by not focusing the story on the aliens or even on the technology. In fact, those elements are very much in the book's background. Instead, he focuses the story on the character of Ender Wiggin. Centering the story on this point not only allows Card to dispense with the baggage that bogs down most science fiction, but also allows him to develop a fully realized character who conveys genuine emotions. By completely developing Ender's personality, Card makes a science fiction story that seems much more realistic and plausible than its setting would indicate.

I wouldn't put this book in the "masterpiece" category, mainly because I thought the ending was a little too rushed. However, it is one of the best science fiction books I've ever read. It would make an excellent introduction to the genre for children or anyone who previously hasn't read science fiction.

Summary: Ender's Game
Review: Ender's Game is a very exciting book that will keep you wanting to read. The book has very interesting plots and sub-plots with character conflicts. Card uses a six-year boy as the main character. Andrew "Ender" Wiggin is the main character and the setting is set in a futuristic time period with the earth being overcrowed and families limited to two kids. Ender though was a third kid and was born to lead earth in the buggers third invasion. The problem is the buggers are coming faster than expected and Ender is only six-years old. Throughout the novel Ender is tested on every level and must compete against everyone. No one is on his side and as you read more and more people are try to defeat Ender. Card has Ender experience a lot of emotions throughout the book. card touched the reader and makes the reader feel what each character is feeling. Ender's Game is a great book and I recomend it to anyone who enjoys a good science-fiction novel.

Summary: Phenomenal!
Review: At first look Ender's Game seems to be about the minutia of a child's life: Ender who has some sort of device called a "Monitor" which allows adults to keep track of his every move & protect him. Then, we turn over the first page. Ender's Game isn't just a story about children forced to grow up at warp speed. It isn't just a story about one of these children who stood out among the pack. Ender's Game is a challenge to those who ignore or discredit the children's ideas because they are children. We begin to understand Ender, emphasize with ender -- and finally respect ender. Somewhere, during chapter two or three, I forgot that the subject of the story was a 7 year old boy -- and begin to think of him as a brilliant military strategist. Beyond this, though, the book raises some even more important philosophical questions about truth and reality (which are not explained until the final pages of the book -- I'll refrain from spoiling it). Read it slowly, carefully, and deliberately though -- because when you have finished the book, you will wish that you could somehow go back and read it again for the first time!
