Summary: ONE OF THE BEST BOOKS I HAVE EVER READ
Review: what i dont get is why these people give it less than a perfect score. im going to be a 9th grader at de anza junior high. i read this book for silent reading in 8th grade while everyone else in the class read skinny little books. this was the first book by orson scott card that i read and from that point on i was sure it wouldnt be the last. the way he writes just makes you want to read more. i never wanted to put the book down.

Summary: Read this review
Review: The less you know about this book, the better you will enjoy it. Take my advise, and do not read the other reviews on this page, just buy the book and read! I LOVED it, everyone I know LOVED it, I've never met anyone that read it and didn't love it. Every review I've read raved on it, but gave too much info on the plotline. READ IT!! and email me if you didn't like it, and I will send you a personal apology for claiming that everone likes this book. (I don't expect that that will ever happen.) OSC is a master storyteller!

Summary: Ender's Series is the best series of books I have ever read
Review: I have read Ender's Game, Speaker for the Dead, and Xenocide numerous times in the past month, and I must say that it is the best series of books that I have come across. Orson Scott Card has a style of writing that bonds you to the characters, so you feel their joy and their pain. He grabs your mind from the first page of Ender's Game, pulls you in, and leaves you wanting, no, needing more. Mr. Card then satisfies this need with Speaker for the Dead, which continues the epic story of Ender's struggle. The saga continues with Xenocide, which again has humankind facing the terrible choice of destroying another race or being destroyed. This series makes all of us examine our inner self, and learn new things about our race. You find yourself identifying with Ender, and also seeing the other side of the story. The Ender's Game series asks the huge question: can humankind accept another sentient species, or are we all too closed-minded? Overall, this is one of the greatest series of books ever written.

Summary: EXCELLENT!!!!!
Review: Ender's Game was the first book by Orson Scott Card that I read, but it definitely wasn't the last! I read the last page and immediately turned back to the first page to start over again, and for some reason, the story still grabbed me. Orson Scott Card wrote so vividly, I could see and feel everything. Whether Ender was unhappy, triumphant, melancholy or exhaused, I fully empathized with him. I read Ender's Game for the first time last summer and the impact of this book is so powerful, it continues to be my favorite. Orson Scott Card has become one of my favorite authors.

Summary: It is the best Sci-fi book ever written.
Review: I read this book when I am 14 right now and I read Ender's Game when I was 12. I have read over 60 books in 2 years and I still think Ender's Game is the best I have read. Orson Scott Card is a genius. He has written many books but Ender's Game is the best. I love how he puts so much detail in it!Its like you are actually there watching it! I recommend this to anyone who knows how to read!

Summary: First Of Many Great Orson Scott Card Books!
Review: This was my FAVORITE book for at least 5 months. Now I don't have a favorite because after this great book I read the 3 sequels and all the writing I could find by Orson Scott Card. He is my favorite author. I started with Enders Game and I read it at least 3 times in a row. I even displayed it on a special shelf in my room. Ender really develops through out this book and continuing through the others. If I were you I'd read this because you'll never read another book like it.

Summary: SUPERB - Stays Fresh Even After 5 Years Of Rereading!
Review: After getting over my initial opinion the first time I read this book (hey, what does a 12-year-old know?) I quickly realized ENDER'S GAME was one of the most brilliant novels in print. The plot is incredible, the style is unforgettable, it leaves the reader with a sense of having lived in this story, experiencing the highest peaks of joy and the lowest depths of dispair along with the characters. Wonderful conditions for the more emotional reader to let more than a few tears loose. I know it's a much-used phrase, but there is "something for everyone." When I was younger and very deeply in love with the story, I would often discuss it with adults who cared just as greatly - and both of us got just as much out of it. Perhaps the political things and the world-conquest-via-internet is a little much for some, understandably, but for those who aren't interested in the details of battle strategy, there is so much in the emotional-psychological department to di! ve into. Even after reading it 20-odd times, I can't seem to get rid of the horrible ache inside me at the exploitation of genius and the ripping-apart of loving relationships that goes on. It still hurts even when you can quote it from memory. Ender is as real to me as one of my friends, and this is a book I know I'll continue to quote for a long time.

Summary: a timeless epic
Review: i read this novel several years ago when it first appeared. to this day, and it has been several years since the book's debut, it remains one of my favorite novels. the beauty of the book is that it is a phenomenal read and does not attempt the philosophic gravitas found in card's later novels. it is pure escapist fiction until the truth unveils itself which it does with a bang. that i still remember it after all these years is testament to the fact that it is a crackling good read and it is therefore highly commended.

Summary: One of the best books i have ever read...
Review: This book is totally amazing. You can't believe it... it is like you are Ender and you know what is going on... Although i haven't read the sequels, i know i will soon in the future.. If you read this book, you will get stuck on it for a long time. Remember that this is a book... it almost seems like a reality, something that might happen in the next 200 years! Absolutely positively WONDERFUL.
