Summary: Best of the Best...
Review: Card is fantastic. i was introduced to his short stories, then had to read Ender's Game. i immediately decided to read all of Card's work i could get my hands on, and have almost achieved that goal. Ender's Game was what got me back into reading again, after being a high school dork who didn't read because it got in the way of the drugs and the rock and roll. sounds kinda weird, but i read the book without eating or sleeping, read it while i was in the bathroom, missed classes and church for the book. i wept at the end because, well read it and you'll know. i can't wait for the long-rumored movie to come out. God, Card is amazing. he will capture your soul, i promise. Read his other stuff. you'll devour it ravenously, without regard for life or limb. i guarantee it. Can i say anything more to convince you of the greatness of the book?

Summary: Great book!!!
Review: Ender's Game was recomended to me by my best friend who has read it many, many times. At first i decided that when i finished the book i was reading i would read it. In the mean time i read the first chapter on the net and decided i couldn't wait to read the rest. My friend lent me the book and i read it in the first day! It was Fantastic! This is not my usual type of reading but i loved it. The book has some deep issues raised in it and also is just good for a read. I recommend this book to anyone, young or old. I can't wait to read more of Osron Scott Card's work. Just read the first couple of chapters and you won't be able to put it down, It's INCREDIBLE!

Summary: Card's shimmering brilliance makes this book a winner.
Review: In the Sci-Fi world there is a ponderous amount of un-interesting writing, and most readers spend their time searching for those books that really mean something to the reader. And a review like this one can't ever be perfectly accurate because every person out there contains different opinions on likes and dislikes. Even though, this book meant so much to me that I was drawn to my computer to tell you what I think about it. Despite the fact that almost every sci-fi book jockey has already read Ender's Game, I still belive that my review will prove itself interesting to all audiences. Sometimes reading what you subconsciously fealt about a book can bring you to a state of realization concerning your own feelings. This is a book about a genius boy named Ender that is breed to help humans against a hostile alien race called the buggars in war. He is taken from his home to a training camp in space for the majority of his preparation. There he learns battle tactics for no gravity environment battle. Card does an excellent job of creating real battle tactics for this specific situation. I was amazed. Then Ender is sent to a different place to train for flight comat where he is put to the test. There are many factors that contribute to making this book enjoyable to the reader. Especially when you get past the obvious displays of Card's creativity like the plot, and the uniquely shaped charecters and cause and effect of the charecter relationships. The things that make this book really special are the fellings that it gives the reader. After all, a sci-fi story can have all the greatest aspects of a book, but will not be read and rembered if it isn't enjoyable to the reader. When I read this novel I truly felt many of the same emotions that Ender did. It wasn't strictly observe for me, it was participate. Why, you ask, is this book one of the few special ones that does this. Well I believe first because of the way he makes his charecters so realistic. Card shows how they feel by using his intelligence to write about the subconscious and conscious reactions to another charecter. He gives sensible, rational psychological sequences explaining the long and short term effects of an action. Second, Card knows how to create a story that will surely have the reader thinking of the dilemmas and situations of the hero in his/her off-time. This is partly because of his ability to get the reader to relate to Ender as he quests to save humans against the buggars, and also because the plot is interesting at any point in the book. Always leaving you somthing to think about as you put the book down. It also makes the reading experience more fun because of the suspense built up in the off-time. Lastly, Card's excellent vocabulay and smooth writing style in this book make it as easy as watching a movie. Fun for anybody.

Summary: Ender's Game actually deserves the accolades you see here..
Review: Ender's Game is the most powerful novel I have seen that deals effectively with the trials of genius in the modern world. This is a wonderful book for early readers who have not yet experienced a true science fiction novel. It will move young souls toward greatness. Another great novel with the same feeling is John Steakly's "Armor".

Summary: A must read. If you like Science-Fiction, you'll love this.
Review: Ender's game is an amazing book about a boy who becomes a fleet commander unknowingly. He is unusually skilled at combat missions, and when he finds out what he has done, he begins to truly understand an alien race which was always thought of as evil.

Summary: Most Overrated Book Ever?
Review: Many people use words like exciting and great to describe this tripe, well, I can only think of one- DULL! What kind of crack are this book's supporters smoking, there isn't one exciting scene in the whole damn book. It's just a bunch of boring kids floating around and shooting at each other with stun guns for 300 pages. Get a grip, people, if this is the best book you've ever read, well, you haven't read almost any other book I've read. I had high expectations for this book after hearing such high praise for it, but my expectations weren't met in the least. I kept on waiting for it to get better, and it never did. Predictable, boring, maudlin, repitive, crap, all these, sure.
