Rating: Summary: Best book I ever read Review: I am 12 years old and when my mother told me I was going to read an adults book but I thought it would be too hard. So I started reading it and I loved it after the first 2 pages. And now it is my favourite book that I ever read, because it was about someone my age saving the world. It was humourous, exciting and sad. I am now reading Enders Shadow and enjoying it.
Rating: Summary: What can I say? Review: You can just read the other reviews; the book is that good. It is not hardcore sci-fi, but a book that will appeal to people of all ages.!!Buy this book!!
Rating: Summary: You should own this. Review: When I first read this book, I was only 9. I found the book in our library among all the other books my parents have picked up over the years. It looked sort of interesting, so I decided to sit down and read it. I was hooked instantly, not only into this series, but also into science-fiction as a genre. Well, since the book that I had also had Speaker for the Dead, I read that too, though at 9 years old, I didn't enjoy the non-action quite as much as the first book. I have since read all of the books, and continue to re-read all of the books as the years go by. I encourage my friends to read them. I also encourage anyone who has children over the age of 8 or 9 to buy this book, either for themselves or for their children. I believe that this book has a lot to say to all of you.
Rating: Summary: This was one of the best books I've read in a long time. Review: Hurray for O.S. Card and Hurray for Ender. This book gives hope that in mis-guided hostilities and savagery there can be salvation and redemption. I hope to put "Ender's Game" on the reading list for my English classes next year.
Rating: Summary: Destined Classic Review: I saw this book lying on my bookshelf, having bought it a couple of years ago and never getting around to read it. After picking it up randomly, i couldn't put it down except to go to work. It was so good i read it in almost a day. If your thinking about getting this book, don't think, just hit the one click.
Rating: Summary: wow. Review: Gee. I just finished reading it today and I'm really dazed. It's like the first time you see the movie 2001:A Space Odyssey. The end makes you feel like that, only with more understanding. I was completely confused at the end of 2001, but here. . . I know why everything happened. Awesome book! It's one of my favorites. I felt like I WAS Ender. I felt what he felt, and got nervous or angry when he was. I'm not a genius, but I'm certainly one of the better students. And very lonely. I can relate to Ender. That was amazing.
Rating: Summary: Stunning... Review: There are not enough stars for this book. I have read Ender's Game 3 times and it was just as good the second and third times as the first. The story of Ender Wiggin developing into a genius strategist is completely engrossing. The "Giant's Drink" game is also very interesting. I could not put it down. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!
Rating: Summary: The Best Sci-Fi Around! Review: This is absolutely the best sci-fi I have ever read! The characters of the book are unique and different and the character developement in the book is interesting.
