Rating: Summary: Pretty good read. Review: If you're an X-Phile, like me, this is a pretty good read. Quick, exciting, and fun.
Rating: Summary: His best work yet Review: After reading Ground Zero, I was very disappointed. Personally...I just didn't get into it. I was reluctant to read Ruins, but when I did, my faith in Kevin Anderson was restored. Yes, the man still has the genius that makes us feel like we're tuning in at 9/8 central on Sunday, instead of reading a book. One of his best, definitely.
Rating: Summary: Kevin Anderson at his best!!! :) Review: I have read all 5 of the X- Files book, and this is, by far, the best. I couldn't put it down and ended up staying up the whole night to finish it.
Rating: Summary: You can little imagine its well organized story. Review: This is the first X-file novel to me. The reasons I read this book is not to confirm what I imagine but to break it. I've surely enjoyed this book. And it pushed me to rummage among the other X-file books to break my immagination and get new ideas.
Rating: Summary: Ancient History with an X-citing Twist! Review: Great book! Intriguing storyline-Anderson really did his homework on Pre-Columbian civilizations. Also touched on the fascinating theory that the Mayan's astonishingly accurate knowledge of astronomy and time was the result of extraterrestrial influence. Interaction between Mulder and Scully is first-rate. Funny, scary, and highly mysterious(as all good X-files are), this book is easy to follow for non-fans, and a must-have for X-philes.
Rating: Summary: Pretty Good! Review: Some of Mr. Anderson's best work yet, after Goblins and Whirlwinds. Very Graphic and intense. I've yet to read "Antibodies".
Rating: Summary: Could've been better. Review: I thought this was a pretty good book with a great idea. Unfortunately, the majority of the book was a rather tedious buildup to something that didn't require it. I think it was okay, but it could've been better.
Rating: Summary: Very grafic, not to mention way cool Review: I really liked it. Not as much as X-files book "Anti-Bodies", but the the warm seanery was nice on a cold winters night. This book was a page turner, I could'nt put it down for the last ten chapters! I recomend it, but not to anyone with a weak stomac. (forgive me I can't spell)
Rating: Summary: Idea and originality Review: I thought this was the best book by Kevin Anderson yet. This story was increadably original and fantastic. The idea that ancient people still hold their claims and stakes in the world today is just wonderful. The story line was just increadible. I loved it.
Rating: Summary: Utterly disappointing Review: If you have read Kevin Anderson's first X-files novels , you will be utterly disappointed by this trash!
