Summary: Great Fun!
Review: this is a great addition to any BESM campaign or the book contains its own campaign setting that can be used. I haven't actually played with these rules yet, but reading through the templates look like they could make for a very fun campaign. There are a few editing problems I noticed, and a couple of the rules are worded a little strangly, but overall looks very solid.
