Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Some inaccuracies
Review: I have not read this entire book, but thank you, Amazon.com, for providing a sample of a page. This book starts to talk about how comic strips and comic books influenced science fiction movies and serials, which is a valid point. They mention, as a significant example, Captain Marvel. However, they say that it was Marvel Comics' Captain Marvel, drawn by "Clyde" Beck. The CM in question was actually published by Fawcett Comics and was originally drawn by Charles Clarence Beck.

I hope the rest of the book does not make such blatant errors.
