Rating: Summary: Hijacking of an experimental saucer section by the Maquis Review: The book is about what happens when the Maquis hijacks an experimental sauser section when a skeleton crew was about to test the landing abilities of the sauser in a very real simulation.aquis are a group of Federation citizens who have lost their homes to the Cardassian because of a territory agreement that the Federation and the Cardassians have made. The Admiral,Nechayev also goes on the experimental saucer to observe. The Maquis that hijacked the experimental saucer were the Admiral's aide, Commander Fulton, a man know as Blue Moon, anouther known as Peacock and some Bajorans. Afther hijacking that experimental saucer the Maquis plan to hijack the other half of the Enterprise so they can drive the Cardassians out of the DNZ and get back their homes. Unfortunately the Admiral had ordered Captain Picard to destory the sauser section with all hand aboad so the Maquis do not cause a war with the Cardassains. If you want to find out what happens then you can read the book.
Rating: Summary: twists and turns Review: This is a good story, but the number of twists and turns reduces its credibility. The basic story is predictable from the title and the early introduction of the Maquis, but the details and the twists are not predictable. However, ignoring a few minor typos and inconsistencies, it is an entertaining story. See other reviews for parts of the plot.
Rating: Summary: Entertaining Review: You have to rate this book for what it is--a Star Trek novel. It deserves five stars. It was interesting, entertaining, and enjoyable. If only every Trek book could be this good.
