Summary: A good idea that falls just short
Review: This book is true to its title. Nobles. It contains new core classes, prestige classes, feats, skill uses, campaign ideas, and character concepts for playing a noble character. Unfortunately it is a bit flat. There is some intersting information on the benefits of being a follower of a noble house, with those benefits scaling for the size and prestige of the house. But its not quite enough to match Green Ronins usually steller items.
