Rating: Summary: Awesome Review: This installment was a non-stop, action packed experience. I couldn't stop turning the pages, I read this book everywhere. Cox really captured the essense of this crew as well as the aliens involved.

Rating: Summary: A good book. Review: This is a very good Voyager book. only Escape is better. I would not recommend this book for the faint of heart in October!
Rating: Summary: A truly horrific Voyager adventure--exciting, intense Review: This is one of the scariest Voyager books I've read. The aliens are truly horrifying, and I found that my heart was actually pounding as I read it. Saying that it "gave me the creeps" is an understatement. I liked the detailed characterization of the Voyager crew members, which gave each one a special focus (Chakotay's vision quest, Harry's music, Kes's telepathy, etc.). One of the more intense Voyagers, and a really good, solid read.
Rating: Summary: A must-read for fans Review: This was one of the first Voyager books I'd ever read, and it's still the best so far. Cox really knows his stuff, and the the characters truly act the way they should. Terrific plot, great aliens, lots of action, and I love the interaction between all the crewmembers.
Rating: Summary: Kes and B'Elanna, together at last! Review: Where Do You Get Those Crazy Ideas: Actress Roxann Dawson once complained in an interview that her character, B'Elanna Torres, never had any scenes with Kes. This inspired the last third of this novel where Kes and B'Elanna must team up to solve the mystery. (Incidentally, the planet Ryolanov is loosely based on a Florida beach resort I visited while plotting "The Black Shore."
