Summary: Bravo!
Review: A very spectacular display of good writing combined with an unbeatable story. The Legacy is a must-read for all fantasy fans, especially those fans of Drizzt Do'Urden and his friends. The plot gently unfolds throughout the course of the book, leading up to a fanstastically explosive ending, typical of Salvatore's writing. Throughout the book you get to know the characters very well, with Salvatore's detailed writing, and when something happens to those characters, you feel as though a true loss has taken place within the book world. It is even possible to get connected with the evil characters, and there are plenty of them in this book! I would highly reccommend this book to all fantasy fans; and I give it a two-thumbs-up. If you haven't read this book yet, do so immediately!

Summary: Terrific Book
Review: This is a terrific continuation of the Drzzt saga. I personally loved this book, it had all the makings of a classic: action, drama, intensity, and a super climax! I would suggest to anyone who has been even closely following this saga to pick up this book and read it at least twice!

Summary: Good book, but some flaws.
Review: This is a good sequel to the Icewind Dale and Dark Elf Trilogy. It has really good battle parts and some nice dialogue and description. However, it's not his best. The battle parts seem to take up the whole book. It takes forever for Bruneor and gang to find Drizzt, and when they do, the book's over. The idea of changing from a human into a halfling was very cool. Once again, Artemis shows how great a charecter he is. However, I do feel sorry for Catti-brie. I'm not gonna tell you what happened, but it almost made me cry. There are some problems with the book, but hopefully that will be solved in the next book, which i'm glad this book wasn't his last Drizzt book. Enjoy! Rating:Teen has bloodshed and language. END.

Summary: Salvatore does it again
Review: Everyone's famous drow-elf ranger is back in this great book. If you have not read the dark elf trilogy, do so and you will be hooked on drizzt. The only complaint I have about this book is the cover...Drow are ebony colored...manybe the artist did not know what ebony means but it means BLACK...second of all why is he old? he is only about 50 in this book...very young by eleven standards. Other than that it is a sure winner.

Summary: THE BEST!!
Review: This book is awesome, just like everything else that R. A. Salvatore has written. It never slows down!! This book is a must buy for Drizzt Do'Urden fans. If u haven't read any of the other series I advise you to read from the beginning. I highly recommend it!!

Summary: Not his best work
Review: I'm sorry to say that that's one of my least favorit salvatore's books. you can see that this book was written as a new money macine. the plot is too wierd and too boring and the book doesn't tell you something exiting or new (exept for one unnessery death). The chapter they added to the paperbeck edition was bad and you can see it's there only to start a new series so the publishers would make more money. I don't know how was the trilogy afterwords but this book just don't worth the money

Summary: I read this book in 1 day.
Review: I have 2 quams with this book. The first, was it severely deprived me of sleep for the day after i bought it as i spent the entire day and night reading it. And two, why didn't the drow use lethal poison on their darts? The book itself was great, I give it 5 stars. I love reading about drizzt, and his friends. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the books in these series, even the books without drizzt. I loved the twists in the plot, i loved the fight scenes (of course) and i love the way it ended, with one of the companions dead (finally they take a hit!). The only thing is why didn't the drow pack some lethal darts along with the ones dripping with sleeping poison? i remember many drows fell victim to lethal darts in menzoberranzan but they decided to only take sleeping darts.. possibly because they expected no resistance outside of their goal? or maybe they didn't expect the counters to the sleeping poison. anyways, this book was great. i loved the dark elf trilogy, i loved artemis entreri in the IWD trilogy, and i'm loving the way this trilogy is starting out with the return of the sadistic drow. kudos ras!

Summary: and the story continues
Review: The Legacy continues the story of Drizzts and his friends Catti-bre,Wulfgar,Bruenor,and Regis, and thier adventure to Menzoberranzan Drizzt's homeland(the start of) plus the return of Entreri the Assassion.(my Favorite character next to Drizzt) More battles and a look into the Relationship between Wulfgar and Catti-bre and his protectiveness of her that she doesn't like. While I admit she can take care of her self she allso has to realize that she and Wulgar grew-up with defferent views on life and I don't think she has any right to expect him to change his ways any more than he has a right to expect her to change her ways. They need to talk and find a middle ground.(easier said than done) although by the end of the story someone in the group dies. but for thoses who have not read the book I won't say who. Entreri after losing to Drizzt in there first in counter he now obbsessed with proving he is better than Drizzt. To prove it his lattest plan almost brakes up the friends for good. R.A. Salvatore books are good and in my opinion he is right up there with Dragonlance writers Tracy Hickman and Marggret Wesis. So read the book and series you won't regret it.

Summary: THe Legacy
Review: This book got a little boring and is not a good book for kids. But if you are an adult it is a very good scifi book. This book is about Drizzt Do'Urden and this friends, Bruenor, Wulfgar, Catti-brie. In this book there are a lot of battles between Drizzt and friends. As they fight the Evil Dark Elves, the Spider Queen and many more.

It is a spine tingling book. Because you can never tell what is going to happen next. This is why it is a great book to read. If you love scifi this is the book for you. Read this because it's a fun read. Thank you for taking the time to read this reveiw.

Summary: "Cool Characters And A Heck Of An Adventure!"
Review: I'm not a big fantasy reader, but I really enjoyed this book. Totally loved the characters. Drizzt is an awesome hero. Loved the inner turmoil as he tries to remain true to his noble beliefs despite being connected to a race of evil elves. The assassin Entreri was a great opponent. Totally obsessed with killing Drizzt. Very good job with Drizzt's fighting companions, who have to save him from being sacrificed by his evil sister to the spider queen. Cattie-brie is one self-assured, determined woman who's deadly with a bow. King Bruenor was great. Very tough, loyal dwarf. And Pwent the battlerager ruled!! The guy was nuts! Salvatore does an excellent job with his fight scenes. Very vivid and action packed. Also loved the fact the evil elf foot soldiers were all good fighters and not just cannon fodder as is usually the case with henchmen/bodyguards, etc. Gave Drizzt & company a lot of headaches and a lot of bruises. I like to see the good guys have a hard time in situations like this. Definately makes me want to read more in this series.
