Summary: Drizzt in Ten-towns!
Review: The story of Drizzt in Icewindale begins here. And foolish wizards aprentice slays his own master and gains control of a powerful evil relic and turns him into the would-be tyrant of Icewindale. only Drizzt can stop him (of course)with the help of his friends, barbarians and dwarves. I a tall of suspence, action and horror.

Summary: R.A. Salvatore = God
Review: This book is the first in a series of the greatest books ever written. With the greatest character ever created: Drizzt Do'Urden. A true hero in a world with too few. Drizzt is to R.A.Salvatore what Aegis-Fang is to Bruenor. Read this!!!

Summary: Fantastic! Once again, Salvatore does it big!
Review: Another fine example to what a book should be! All the characters shine, and things only get better! It's nice to see that even heroes can have it bad. Excellent.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: 1 of the 3 best authors of all time.
Review: R. A. Salvatore, David Eddings and J.R.R. Tolkien are the three of the best fantasy writers of all time. If you've never read any of Salvatore's work, I suggest you do so, even if only to say you've read his work. You won't be disappointed.

Summary: I never thought I'd see a book as good as this.
Review: I was first introduced to fantasy novels with "The Hobbit", then the Lord of the Rings Trilogy, then Raymond E. Feist's Riftwar Saga (also excellent) but none of them came anywhere NEAR topping The Crystal Shard by R. A. Salvatore! It was actually the FOURTH book of his I read, as I began with the prequel to the Icewind Dale Trilogy, the Dark Elf trilogy. Just trust me: BUY THIS BOOK! If I could, I would rate it a 978!

Summary: This book is great
Review: This is my favorite book I have read. It is the book that really got me into reading fantasy novels.

Summary: A book that introduced me to a wonderful world of fantasy
Review: This was the first fantasy book I read and I have not stopped reading them since. Drizzt is definitely the best character and my most favourite. Keep those stories rolling

Summary: I read this book so many times it fell apart!
Review: This book is the start of a series, that once you pick up, you'll never want to put down again! A strange band of heros (including a dark elf, a grumpy dwarf, a pick-pocket halfling,a beautiful human woman and a youthful barbarian) strive to defend a cluster of cities from a weak-willed wizard with a powerful relic. "The Hobbit" was good, this book is great!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A great book, with exciting new characters.
Review: The reason that I bought this book was because it was about the renegade elf Drizzt Do'Urden. What I soon found out was that I was now interested in the new characters developed, almost as much as I was Drizzt. Together with new found friends and characters, Drizzt must save his new home from an evil that threatens all of Faerun.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Still one of his best!
Review: Salvatore took the fantasy world by storm with this book. In this book you never run out of action, and you absolutely fall in love with the characters. This is one of his best books still to date.
