Review: It didn't have much info. Nice book, but should have more info

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A new hope for a revised edition!!!
Review: This is a great reference for any Star Wars fan that comes in the wake of the new trilogy, and I hope once the trilogy is complete even more info is added.

Summary: This book is very informative.
Review: This book is very informative. The way he descries everyone and everything to a "T." All I wanted to say is that hats of to the author kind of thing.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Excellent reference for the die hards and new bloods.
Review: The cover is not an error, of sorts. The original title for Return of the Jedi was Revenge of the Jedi and the movie posters sporting the Revenge title show the colors of the light sabers reversed. Please don't judge this book by its cover.

All I wish for now is a revised edition with the Episode I elements added.

Summary: Couldn't live without this great reference guide!
Review: Now that "Episode One" is about to open, questions and trivia about the first three episodes have been popping up like crazy. Can't tell you how many arguments and disagreements this massive book has settled. It's THE LAST WORD in everything SW. I just hope Mr. Sandsweet is starting work on an updated volume so that it will include everything from the next three moves.

Summary: The result of an amazing amount of research and dedication
Review: Stephen Sansweet was the kind of author every editor hopes to find. Because of his journalistic background--including a stint at the Wall Street Journal--he's a true professional and a terrific writer. And his love of Star Wars led him to be absolutely meticulous in every facet of his research. I can't imagine anyone who could have done a better job.

AND THAT COVER . . . So many people comment on the colors of the lightsabers. What you may not realize is that the illustration comes directly from the poster for REVENGE OF THE JEDI (take a look in THE ART OF STAR WARS: RETURN OF THE JEDI, page 152). We simply weren't comfortable with changing what the artist had created. That explains the colors.

Summary: Your complete guide to the STAR WARS universe!
Review: From what I heard and read, this promises to be the most comprehensive STAR WARS book ever written.I haven't read it yet but, I would say this is a must-have for any STAR WARS enthusist!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Interesting and Informative!
Review: This book opened the door even wider into the marvelous world of Star Wars. Having read through the encyclopedia twice I now see aliens and characters that I never knew were more than backdrops for a scene. This book tells of planets, plants, animals, droids, and characters that I had no idea existed. A must have for anyone wanting to delve deeper into nearly every aspect of the original Star Wars Trilogy and books written since.
