Rating: Summary: Summoning Light-Brilliant Review: The makeup of the technomages is explained in more detail with some startling surprises. Character insights continue and the story line picks up flawlessly from the first book. A good read and very hard to put down.
Rating: Summary: Splendid, exciting fun! Review: The second book is better than the first. There is a wonderful integration of story elements with the TV series and books. There is even an explanation of the purple/green Drazi conflict. If you are a fan of B5, this is a perfect summer book. Better than any movie out there, and cheaper!
Rating: Summary: Dark Galen Review: The Techno-Mages have elected to go into hiding to avoid the shadow war. To throw the shadows off their trail Elric and a few others are sent to Babylon 5. A large portion of this book covers the events that occurred in Babylon 5 episode 203 The Geometry of Shadows. When I first saw that episode I thought it was pretty dull and that the techno-mages were kind of [weak] but the other day I found myself yelling at my brother for saying pretty much the same thing I just did. This book certainly adds new depths to that episode although, hard core Londo fans might want to avoid it. It really doesn't paint a pretty picture of him. Meanwhile, Galen and Blaylock head off to a shadow base to gather information but Galen is also after revenge. Galen has really changed since the first book. He's pretty [angry] and he's not dealing with it very well. This is the Galen we saw in the Crusade episode The Path of Sorrows. This series just keeps getting better and better. I can't wait to see what happens in the final book in the trilogy.
Rating: Summary: A riveting sequel Review: This book is excellent, and kept me riveted through every chapter. As Galen discovers secrets he wasn't meant to know, the reader is drawn further into the story. If you haven't read a Babylon 5 series yet, read this one, it is fantastic.

Rating: Summary: Solidarity and Good Review: This book tells more of the secrets of the Techno-Mages. READ AT YOUR OWN RISK OF BEING FRAYED!! May the Bleesings of Wierden be with you
Rating: Summary: Electrifying Review: This book was awesome, better than the 1st, but i have always found that. It was a non stop read, i read it in just 5 days, now i have to wait till november for the next book. Truly amazing, it makes you look at the technomages in a new light when you watch the series, and it explains some of the parts in the series that kind of went unmentioned. A must read for a b5 fan, but make sure you've read the 1st book 1st, it helps you understand the technomages better, and how they work.
Rating: Summary: The best book ever written, I mean My all Time Favorite! Review: To give eveyone an idea how much i enjoyed this book, I read it in 10 hours straight. The first and third instalments were very fantastic as well but the middle edition was a revelation. If you like fantasy adventure than pick up this book and you will have a hard time putting it down; I promise that you wont be disapointed but you have to start with 'Casting Shadows.' The insight into human nature leads me to believe that the author was a psyhcology student because so much of the info based on the personal interaction and development were bang on. This book ends up right where the last one left off with Kell meeting Elizar and confronting hiim about killing... well I won't tell in case you have yet to read the first edition, 'Casting Shadows'. It is truely the most wonderfully compiled trilogy that I have ever read. Please I beg of youto read this trilogy. I actually liked it better than the Lord of the Rings. which I absolutely loved. Well Galen is pretty serene in this edition of the trilogy compared to the other two, first off he his no where nearly as emotional as he was in the first one which isn't saying much and he is not nearly as dark as he was in the following book, 'Invoking Darkness'. Which is as dark as you will get for any science fiction story. Considering that it is Babylon 5 it is pretty dark stuff. Not to say that Babylon 5 wasn't dark because it definately had its moments like in "the Face of the Enemy" that was pretty disturbing . But this was beyond all of what i have ever read before. Which is saying a lot because I read about three books a week. In book two, Galen gets sent out on his second task for the circle and this one is as devastaeing as the first. When Galen meets up with Elric and the rest of the Mages at the end, well let's just say that he is one messed up and disturbed kid. This book also goes into the lone episode of Babylon 5 that introduced the techno-Mages to us in: 'The Geometry of Shadows.' It was perfect how well the story fit into the episode making the episode that much better and the book gave us a look into Londo's decent into darkness. Shame on you Londo! I just love Galen's character the way he is so convinced that the Universe is out to get him and I promise that if you were in a similar life than you would probably agree with him. Just when something seems to go his way he gets turned around into a maze of horrors concerning who he is or what he has done or what is happening to him. Poor guy. I just hope that I can convince someone to read this book so That i can share its majesty with some one. Please enjoy.
