Rating: Summary: In depth information about your favorite star wars vehicles Review: This is a must have for star wars fans. It gives detailed descriptions of all of the popular star wars vehicles including weapons, engines, living quarters, and more. It doesn't contain every ship in the Star Wars trilogy, however, it is still impressive.
Rating: Summary: contains full, detailed descriptions on all movie ships Review: a great book but anyone who doesn't care much for star wars would get bored with it very quickly but any diehard star wars fan or someonem who just likes sci fi would find this wonderful book very rewarding.
Rating: Summary: Mindbogling,Stunning Review: If you were to read an insperational book like this my heart would break and seem like Iv,e gone to heaven. the best book of the century.
Rating: Summary: EXELLENT, enjoyable, Brilliant Review: This book was beutifuly mastered with clear cutaways of star wars viechles, starships, and planets. I,myself would reccomend this book to anyone interested in star wars genre.
Rating: Summary: Excellent reference for SW space crafts! Review: All I gotta say is "WOW!" the details in this book are amazing. The drawings are very detailed and excellent. I never knew where the hyperdrive was on the Falcon until now. Inside each ship is also a few characters, which is a cute add-on. You see Chewie and R2 playing holo-chess on the Falcon, you learn all about the TIE fighters, and the coolest space craft of all time, the Death Star in a 2-pg pull out! If you're gonna buy this, buy the other book of characters as well. Definatly for every SW freak, like me :)
Rating: Summary: Wonderful drawings but incomplete in a couple of parts. Review: The blockade Runner on pages 4-5 is fabulous, BUT, we're are its sub-light engines fuel tanks? In the Star Wars Technical manual there shown but in this wonderful drawing there not there, plus a bit more information on its sublight engines would have been nice. Apart from that glitch and a misplaced hatch in the Millenium Falcon drawing its one of the best Star Wars books Ive ever bought.
Rating: Summary: Incorrect information on the Falcons hyper-drive Review: This book is great! If you are a true Star Wars fan this book is a must have! The art work and scale look of all the vehicles seems so real! After reading & looking at all the art work I almost could not believe these machines don't exist! There was however some incorrect information on the Falcons hyperdrive. In Star Wars when luke and Ben Kenobi first see the Falcon, Luke calls it a piece of junk. Han then replied "She'll make 0.5 past light speed." In the technical data its stated that the falcon has a light speed rating of 0.5, and that its twice as fast as a Star Destroyer. If my math is correct 0.5 is 50%, and the falcon can do 0.5 PAST light speed, wouldn't that give it a hyper-drive rating of 1.5 and only make it 1/2 times faster than a Star Destroyer which is also capable of light speed? No one cares but I thought everybody should know.
Rating: Summary: If you are OBSESSED with "Star Wars" like me, get this book! Review: One word, DETAILED! This book is amazing! If all this book was just a bunch of pictures and no text, I'd still buy it. These artists are so talented. The captions were also pretty good.
Rating: Summary: Three Letters: WOW Review: This is one of the best! I mean....who in the world knew what the inside of Boba Fetts ship would look like? I mean... this is great! everyting from what connects what wire to where, this book has it all!
