Summary: Great!!
Review: This book was a great book and those who wrote it put a lot of time and effort into the miniscule details that make a book great. I am a Robert Jordan and Anne McCaffrey fan and this book is on an equal level with both of those two.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Best book in the series!
Review: This series is AWSOME!!!!!!!! I think this book is the BOMB! Being the first book I've ever read by Weis and Hickman, I'm really pleased with what I've discovered. I will definately recommend this book to anyone who likes fantasy and science fiction.

Summary: Simply Magnificant!!
Review: WOW! You really can't get much better than this. This has to be about the second best book I have ever read.(I thought dragons of summer flame was better)Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman do an excellent job in all categories. I especially like Tasselhoff. I thought it was preaty funny when he got stuck inside the wicker dragons head. All I can pretty much say is this book rocks!

Summary: Weis and Hickman hit home with the first of this trilogy
Review: I received this book as a gift this past christmas, and I haven't been able to put it down. I have recently finished this novel and am moving on the second in the series of three. I found the character of Raistlin to be the most intriguing, but I also loved the conflicts between Tasslehoff (a kender theif), and Flint (a dwarf). At first, I was a bit reluctant to read the novels, because I have always found the fantasy genre to be (Though a huge fan of Dungeons and dragons)a bit hokey. but as soon as I opened it up, I just couln't put it down. The pace of the book flows quite nicely, and the two authors do a good job of creating a mood and a setting for this world. It also touches on important issues, such as religion and war, and I'm glad to see that a book can be set in medevil times and still touch on today's issues. though the book was near perfect, nothing deserves five stars in my eyes. historical inaccuracies and a sprinkling of that old time hokeyness glare from the prose at various times (The Plainsman survives after the dragon's attack at the cities ruins? Puh-leeze!), but even they can't bring down this otherwise brilliant work.

Summary: This novel changed the way I look at fantasy literature
Review: I read Dragons of Autumn Twilight after it was recommended to me by a friend. At first I thought it would be a regular kill-the-bad-guy-of-the-month type of book, but I soon discovered that I was very wrong. The plot was entertaining, the world was well planned and thought out, and the charcters were very real, with recognizable faults and strengths, not the flawless hero that is seen all too often in fantasy writing. I began to read other titles in the series, and now Dragonlance is my absolute favorite setting for fantasy. The world is so realtistic, it is incredible. Whoever thought up this series should be given a medal in my book.

Summary: Great Book
Review: Dragons of Autumn Twilight is a great book. Am currently reading Dragons of Winter Night. Will review it when finished. Favorite characters are Tanis and Raistlin. Although they seem to dislike each other, they connect somehow. Raistlin is a very misunderstood character. Not as bad as he seems to be. This is apparent by the gentle way he treats the female gully dwarf.

Summary: A classic, despite of all...
Review: After reading some of the reviews on this book, I have to come to the conclusion that Dragonlance fans are either young or stupid. Can't anyone really say anything clever about the books? Well, perhaps the series ain't the kind to inspire high-class prose. But even though I don't consider myself a fool, I did enjoy the six first DL books. Especially the first two volumes of the Chronicles are like the ultimate RPG-adventure, with unbelievable incidents and dangers following one another. A rich world, stable characters and so on. Later the level has dropped: Dragons of the Summer Flame is about the most horrible book I've ever read. But that doesn't in any way lessen the worth of these classic books.

Summary: Possibly the best fantasy series ever!!!
Review: A must read!!! This great tale will have you begging for more. You will grow to love the heroes and the way they form their characters as the story moves along. There is a hero for every person to look up to. But I believe Tasslehoff Burrfoot should get special reconition, you won't forget him and his "handler" ways.

Summary: This is one exquisitly voluptuous book.
Review: This heroic tale of nine companions and thier quests to find the old gods is a compelling adventure that you will enjoy time and again. You form a type of bond with the characters that you encounter throughout. This book has everything from adventure, to romance , to chivalry. I would highly reccommend all the other books in the Dragonlance saga, and all the books in the Shadowrun series also.
