Summary: Perhaps the Greatest Fantasy of All Time
Review: When I first read this, I was taking a road trip with my family, and was tortured nearly to death because I finished this first novel before we stopped at the nearest book store. It's that good. Don't believe me? Read it yourself. If you've allready read it, read it again.

Summary: One of the best fantasy books I've ever read
Review: Definately one of the best fantasy series ever. The plot is amazing and every book is phenomenal. I wanted to ask however, if you could please e-mail me and let me know if there are any other trilogies in the Dragonlance series that are written by Margaret Weis, besides the Chronicles and Legends trilogies.

Summary: it was good......
Review: Okay, it was a good book. The plot starts out as your stereotypical fantasy- there's the good guys, the bad guys, a quest that no one really understands... all that keeps you going are the interesting and dynamic characters. As you go along it draws you in until you couldn't put it down even if you wanted to, which, by then, you don't. This book packs more action into it than the rest of the trilogy. After finishing it, resist the urge to read the trilogy- it only goes downhill from there, and anything further you read will destroy your respect for not only the characters, but the authors as well. Try Tolkien's "Lord of the Rings"- not only is it better written, it has a happy ending. (Is that English good enough for you, Minnesota?)

Summary: Fantastic action!
Review: This book kept me glued to my chair. If you have read the soulforge this is a great book to continue with. Realy good for hard core Raistlin fans.

Summary: Beautifully Written For All Audiences
Review: This book is not only clever, creative, and well written; it appeals to almost any audience. I have recommended this book to many people all of which pounced on the next book (Dragons of Winter Night) hungrily. I noticed the only bad review of this book was given by a person who could not write a sentence correctly. Basically, to enjoy this book you need to understand the English language. Some critics are having are hard time with this. Anyway, buy this book and prepare to buy more in this series. You won't regret it.

Summary: The first book of Dragonlance...and the last.
Review: This is fantasy at one of it's best. The classic elements all applied, it's a story that has a beginning, a middle and an end that work. After I finished reading this, I did what probably 95% of people did, and right away picked up Winter Night, Spring Dawning, and Summer Flame, as well as the Chronicles, Heroes, and short story collections as well. Suffice to say, I feel that none of these have ever, or will ever, quite live it up to Autumn Twilight.

Summary: Sumptuous
Review: I read this book about once every two years, and every time I feel like I'm visiting old friends. I have a deep emotional attachment to the characters in this book - no other books have come close to achieving that for me. I also think that Weis and Hickman came up with a fascinating concept of good and evil in their fantasy world. I wrote a term paper in high school about how the dynamics of good and evil on Krynn relate to the justification of the existence of evil in Christian theology. Altogether, the book is entertaining, emotionally driven, and thought-provoking.

Review: My absolute favorite book! I highly recommend this to anyone with an interest in fantasy.

Summary: Fantastic Book
Review: ~All I will say is that this the book that got me hooked on reading. Going through school I was forced to read total trash which put me off reading. Until one day, way back (damn I feel old) I bought a computer ga a quick note, my copy of the book was lent to no less than 10 people all of whom enjoyed it. Happy reading Peace Zanthras
