Rating: Summary: Please have faith Review: I doubt R.A. could kill off Drizzt. Not that he might try, I just invision the two dancing blades jumping from the page to fend off Salvator's pen. Drizzt is more then likely in for a very intense battle, but I have no doubt he will walk away. The assassin, I fear, will not be so lucky. I predict a ' happy ever after' type ending. Have faith.
Rating: Summary: Salvatore holds great company Review: I was led to read Salvatore by a very good friend. I had never heard of him until i read 'Homeland' and Salvatore Quickly became one of my favorite authors along with CArd, Jordan and Heinlein. I urge anyone to read all of Salvatore's books. He is a true master.
Rating: Summary: A great book, by a great author Review: I started reading fantasy with the Dark Elf Trilogy. Since then I have hunted down and read every one of Salvatore's books. If this book is like any of the others he has written, it will be an epic tale of good versus evil, with some extraordinary battle scenes. Salvatore is unequaled among writers in his skill with choreographing and describing melee combat. I have no doubts in my mind that this latest installment will be he greatest. I am waiting with crossed fingers for this new title to arrive in the stores.
Rating: Summary: What secrets does it hold? Review: NO WAY am I going to reveal anything . . . this is a book that all fans of R.A. Salvatore and his extraordinary characters are just going to have to wait until October to read! It was very exciting for me to be able to edit this book and work closely with Bob, but nothing compares to being the first one to know. . . . Well, see you in October!
Rating: Summary: Salvatore continues a legacy Review: This continuation shall be much different from the rest, I'm sure.I think Salvatore will pull another plot twist out of the work. If Drizzt or Wulfgar, or anyone else dies for that matter, it will change the scope of the entire realms.
Rating: Summary: Drizzt dead? Review: i have heard rumors that drizzt is going to die in this book. is that true? he is a dark elf for god's sake he should live to be several hundred years old. took ya long enough to make the next book.
Rating: Summary: R.A. Salvatore Rocks the house Review: I lived in Leominster where R.A. Salvatore lives. It was my great pleasure to meet him a few years back, and I have read everyone of his books since. Now I find out that this is the last Drizzt book and I am dying to read it.
Rating: Summary: Dark Ranger sacrifices himself for those he loves? Review: Is it possible that the Dark Ranger can defeat any foe except death? Perhaps in this last installment, R.A. Salvatore finally faces Drizzt's mortality and lets our Hero say goodbye to us in a way in which we will always remember and never forget. Sacrifice his life for the life of those he calls his friends, his family. I dont know the outcome but this bard will sing the Deeds of the Dark Ranger untill death stills my tongue and steals my voice.
Rating: Summary: WULFGAR Review: I AM SPECIAL. I WILL BEAT UP ARTEMIS BECAUSE HE IS BAD.
