Rating: Summary: Lina and Naga's manga adventures continue Review: In this volume Lina plays matchmaker for Lester, a rich guy who has hired them as bodyguards and has fallen in love with Naga. Then Lina works with Marsha, a fellow sorcoress who is working to obtain the ingredients for a breast-enhancing potion. Unfortunately the final ingredient calls for the venom of the armor serpent, a giant monsterous snake, and Marsha is terrifyied to confront it. In the next story Lina and Naga must help a village of ninjas who haven't gotten any work in a while and must attract tourists in order to avoid poverty. And there's a few more...The manga is very much in the spirit of the anime, mostly light-hearted fluff, with little or no seriously dire situations threatening the heros, and each story being self-contained, with the occasional two-parter. One thing that my irritate purists who've seen Lina and Naga's anime adventures, however, is that there is one story, "Opposites Repel!" which is a re-telling of the anime episode "Mirror Mirror". I'd always liked to think of the manga being set in the same world as the anime, but there are little contradictions between the two versions of this one episode. If that doesn't bother you, however, this is a great buy.
