Summary: Good but not as good as Batman: Year One
Review: The same artistic team that brings you Daredevil: Born Again has a better book than this out and it is Batman: Year One. I admit that on this one I may be a little biassed because of my preference of Batman over Daredevil. You will like them both, but as to which one is better... that is a matter of opinion.

Summary: The Beginning of the End
Review: The story, while good, ushers in a whole new world of comics. Far from the fun,imagination-run-wild books of yore this tale represents the kind of dark, gritty type so common now. Unlike "The Dark Knight Returns" it is a more realistic, more probable tale set in a more plausable setting. Not outright fantasy. But the closer it gets to reality the less believable it becomes. After all, in the real world, both the Kingpin and Daredevil would be arrested and sent to prison for a long, long time. Even New York doesn't put up with such nonsense, California maybe, but not New York. So buy it, read it, file it. But don't diet on this kind of stuff steady. Dine generously with several volumes of Marvel Masterworks and the DC Archives. Batman, Superman, The Silver Age Flash and Green Lantern. A healthy dose of light reading to balance the heavy.

Summary: The rebirth of Daredevil, thanks to Frank Miller
Review: The title "Born Again" really appiles here. Daredevil does die in a symbolic sense and then is reborn from the ground up. A Frank Miller classic.

Summary: good, but the ending doesn't fit
Review: This book is very captivating until the last issue. Karen Page reveals Daredevil's secret identity for a hit, and thus sends Matt intro a deep spiral towards hell. The Kingpin freezes Matt's account, ends his career, and blows up his building. soon he trusts no one and believes that Foggy and everyone else are in on it.
Towards the end though, Kingpin hires a crazed supersoldier to finish him of for good. Then Captain America gets involed and uncovers a plot to duplicate the serum that gave cap his powers.
This book is good and should be read, but by no means one of the best.

Summary: One of the greatest super hero stories of all time
Review: This book ranks among one of the greatest graphic novesl ever. It is, along with watchmen, one of the best told stories about superheros. Without giving too much away, it embodies everything that is good about Frank Miller's Daredevil and the reason for the reemergence of the horned one. A classic story of good and evil and the triumph of an ordinary man over his arch nemesis. The way Frank Miller develops the characters of Kingpin, Matt Murdock, Karen Page and the dramatic introduction of other super heros is wonderous. This book, especially the final chapter, is all the more relevant after the events of last year. Any fan of the comic book genre will love this book.

Summary: Daredevil Legends Vol. 2: Born Again
Review: This is the second-best Frank Miller Daredevil story. If you want the best, you'll have to get Daredevil Legends Vol. 3. Still this book is very good. Daredevil is stripped of everything of value to him, as the Kingpin learns his identity and wages a war on Matt Murdock. Murdock must find it in himself to continue on, even in the face of hopeless odds. Classic hero-down-on-himself stuff, and well worth the money. Pick yourself up a copy!

Summary: Good Story
Review: With the pending release of this film, I got into the Daredevil world, reading old and new comics with much interest. This title was brought to my attention by some other fans. It is a little hyped, but it contains a good solid story, and some interesting characters, especially 'Nuke'. I still cannot grasp the extent of Daredevil's world, as he at times is a mere mortal with just a slight advantage on other men, and at other times he is a near invulnerable hero on par with Spiderman and Batman. Daredevil takes some getting used to, if not a direct effort to like.
