Summary: Kagome and Inuyasha
Review: After Kagome and Inuyasha make up, the group is battling a demon with a shard when Naraku's wasps come and steal the shard. As the group chases after them, another band of wolf demons try to convince a still injured Koga to come with them to steal more shards from a castle, but, he declines. When Inuyasha and the gang finds the castle that the wasps were leading them to, they find the bodies of the wolves. When a woman that Inuyasha claims to smell like Naraku comes out, the bodies spring back to life. After fighting with the bodies, Inuyasha realizes the woman, named Kagura, has left, and Koga suddenly arrives. He quickly jumps to the conclusion that Inuyasha killed his kin. Powered by a new shard, Koga and Inuyasha fight, but what will happen when the new shard starts to posion Koga? Who will win between Inuyasha, Koga, and Kagura? Later, Inuyasha and the others rescue a girl named Koharu, who seems to have a past with Miroku. Will the gang be able to protect themselves and Koharu when Kagura and a new demon come to fight?

Not the best Inuyasha book so far, but still fairly good!

Summary: Still good!
Review: I have read the entire series to date, and while it's not the most exciting, it leaves me wanting more. But I hope that the story ends soon because I want to find out Inuyasha's wish. Human or demon?

Summary: I'll probably love this series forever
Review: I loved Takahashi's Ranma 1/2, but I really love Inu Yasha. In this book, Inu Yasha and Kagome are suffering the aftermath of a really bad argument, and one of them has to apologize to the other. Also, Kagura, a woman with the ability to control the dead, appears, causing further problems between Inu Yasha and Koga (the wolf-demon from the previous book). I still find myself wondering how blind Inu Yasha and Kagome have to be to not see that they love each other, but I love seeing how they interact. I can't wait to read more of this series. Although I'm sure it's possible to jump in at this point in the seris, if you start with this book, I recommend that you somehow get around to reading the previous books as well. You'd be missing out on a lot, otherwise.

Summary: Takahashi does it again!
Review: Rumiko Takahashi has totally got to be one of the best comic writers out there, the only person I would ever consider her rival in comic writing would be Osamu Tezuka. But we are not talking about him right now.
We open up with the way Inu yasha and Kagome make up.It`s kind of nice for a all of you people that actually think Inuyasha and kagome will be "together" by the 34th book. But for the rest of us(all 20!)we can asume that this will never end and we can and practically skip ahead to the parts with Kouga(grrrr I hate him)and Kagura(...).
Basically Kagura is Naraku`s daugther or as they call them "children" ,but she`s a girl so it`s the same thing anyway,
Naraku does`nt have a wife ...I mean Kagura does`nt have a mother.(Naraku the she-male ha ha ha)My incompetece is just shining because I refuse to take it out.
Anyway for all of you who care,Kagura and Naraku manage to draw out all of kouga`s demon wolf clan (for those of you that read vol.14)and at the same time give Kouga a shard of the shikon no tama(wich is poisen but you don`t know that)by the time Kouga arrives to save his friends and family the have already been killed .meanwhile Inu yasha and co. have been there.at Naraku`s castle were the partys go`in down, trying to fight Kagura ,and Kouga blames Inu yasha for killing his kin.The shinkon no tama ,not being a real shard some how gives Kouga even more power then the real one he had. So he fights Inu yasha and sort of wins, only to go on and fight Kagura but the poisen jewele fragment has poisend him so he can hardly move. Then, Inu Yasha steps up and things happen, and Kagura get`s away but not before her kimono gets slashed so we can see her breasts(errlack)and the scar on her back that looks just like Naraku`s. It`s a decent plot scattered witha few good jokes but not really the best ever.
The better half of the book is when Miroku meets a girl from his past, who was eleven at the time they first met, but this did`nt stop Miroku from asking her to bare his child for him,the girl`s name is Koharu. It`s now a good three years later nad it`s obvious she has more or less fallen in love with Miroku which makes Sango mad making Sango mad ( which half of us say "oh! goodie Sango and Miroku 2gether 4ever!tee ,hee, giggle, squeal!"amd the other half of us saying '...that`s kind of lame,")but either way you like it Sango falls victem to jealousy. Meanwhile we are introduced to a new one of the new children: Kanna, who sucks out people`s souls with her mirror. and the book ends with Kagome being attacked by her, Sango in K.O. mode and Koharu wimpering in the backround. This secttion is very funny ,even if you are not really happy aout Sango falling in love with Miroku.
I have a complaint however. I love viz,or at least I used to, but when I got a hold of the Japanese version of this I noticed that while Miroku is talking to Koharu at age eleven he says "koharu will you bear my child," but in the english comic it says "11hm? if only you were a few years olde,".When he says "ifyou were only a little older" it makes alot more sence when the company stepps back in suprise. It just sounds much more funny when you put it the Japanese way ,so I`m mad at viz for that.

Summary: Why inu yasha doesn't just kiss Kagome is beyond me...
Review: We left off in the last book with Inu yasha and Kagome in a big fight that Kagome actually whent back to her house to get away from. So in this book, you see both of the little air-heads feeling guilty and angry at the same time. The sentimental parts of this series are very touching and enjoyable but... WHY WON'T THEY KISS EACH OTHER?!!!
I mean how can inu yasha still be in love with that -*insert bad word here*- Kikyo?? It's soo unfare to Kagome, and it really takes it's toll on inu-baby too!! They both need to do the right thing *or the more crowd pleasing thing* and just be together!! This whole Kikyo thing really irratates me sometimes, but it's one building block in the best manga series ever!
But this volume has WAY more to offer than the inu yasha-kagome stuff. As they travel, they meet a young girl from Miroku's past, a VERY young girl from Miroku's past!! Sometime's you just gotta think that maybe some of the stuff he does is too lecherous even for HIM! But really it's quite touching to see how the girl has fallen for him over the years. Not to mention how Sango reacts with some innocent jealousy.
But besides all the lovie duvie stuff, this book packs some serious action. It's the return of Koga as he fights Inu yasha once again in this book. That guy sure knows how to get in the way! And you also learn that Naraku has spawn a few "children" with his newfound shikon power, which is pretty funny since it's kinda like he gave birth to them.(well if you have the right kind of mind it's pretty funni to hear that a guy just had a baby!)
Anyway, even tho the undesirable Kikyo showed up once again in this volume, it really was an awesome book. I just can't wait to see how it all ends.
