Summary: Stop Complaining!
Review: I've seen the movie, the book is the exactly what i remember. i Know some one who owns the movie and has seen it many times, she would back me up.

Anyway, its a great book,i loved and i think any who likes sci fi should read it!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The best book off of a movie !
Review: If you love the show and the movie, you'll certainly love this book! When you read it you feel like your in the movie. The movie did leave out some stuff, but the book covers everything!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The File for all Philes
Review: If you're a harcore X-Phile, the book is well worth the purchase. It keeps VERY faithful to the movie's storyline (the dialogue is a word for word companion during most parts), and gives you a special peek at what never made it to the big screen (such as the revelation of what happened to Mulder's sister)! While not appealing to those who aren't fans, hardcore Philes will eat this up.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: a must for x-heads
Review: read this if only for the explanation about samantha, it will show up next season, but it's right here, and not in the movie. This is a good little novelization to go right along with the movie.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: a must-have for an X-Files fan
Review: The audio book is quite well done, but I felt that it would have been just a little better if it had been read by a person with an American accent. It is a little disconcerting to hear Mulder and Scully as Brits! Other than Frohike's name being mispronounced, it is very good. It is a great addition to any X-Files fan's collection.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Good book, but weak movie
Review: The book by itself is well written and it is almost the screenplay for the movie. The greatest problem in my opinion is the movie, which was more a long X-Files chapter than an exciting movie, which all X-Files fan would expect.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: if you've seen the movie, the book isn't worth it
Review: the book is an ok summary of the movie (which was awesome) but a lot of the humor and subtlety is lost in translation. the novel lacks any elaboration or in-depth characterization. there are a few scenes (at most a paragraph or two) that were missing from the movie, but i don't think it's worth the money to read them. the large print and lots of white space made this significantly shorter that i would have hoped for. i read this book in an hour... and it was a very unsatisfying hour. save your money.

Summary: I just loved it!
Review: The book is so much better then the movie I only wish I read the book first. I read the book in one day and I couldn`t put it away, I really tried. Smart, funny, scary and it`s worth buying. For all of you X-philes out there -- you have to have it!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Absolutly fantastic!
Review: The book was like an exstended version of the show! I then saw the movie It was based on. The book is so much better then the movie. Although I don't want people to think that you shouldn't go see the movie. But to read the book first.

Rating: 5 stars
