Review: My friend who has probably only read something besides Nancy Drew or Goosebumps if she absolutely had to for school was captivated when I told her about the first Harry Potter book and she actuaally bought and read it in the summer!!!! Now she can't wait to get her hands on another one. I think J.K. Rowling is the best author ever and I have read a lot. Harry Potter is sure to take over the world of fantasies.

Review: My grandson who is 10 years old and I are both reading the Harry Potter books separately and discussing them together which is really fun ! Now he is starting to set up "scenes" from the stories and "acting" the parts with his friends. What a great way to encourage reading !

Review: My husband & I both loved these books. At first, he was a little self-conscious about reading them on the train until he realized he wasn't alone. The creativity & excitement of the stories keep us riveted. Let's hope we get to see Harry all the way through school!

Summary: An old fashion book for a new age of readers
Review: My journey into the adventures of Harry Potter began about a month ago. Although not an avid reader, I have read the first three titles in their entirety and can hardly wait for the fourth. Here is my frank review: YOU ARE AN UNIMAGINITIVE, INSIGNIFICANT MORON IF YOU READ THE ADVENTURES OF HARRY POTTER (IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER) AND DO NOT ENJOY THEM. On a more serious note, if you read the books and don't think they are your cup of tea, I would love to hear from you and help straighten out any issues in your life that might be contributing to your mental illness. It doesn't matter where you are from, what walk of life or who your brother is. As long as you have the ability to read on a third grade level or better (I am a freshman in college), you will love the books.

Review: My kids loved this book (and the others, too) so much that they made me read it. What a delight it was. This book is every bit as good for the adult reader as it is for children. The characters are good; the plot is exciting and fun. Thank you, J.K. Rowlings for writing a book that makes children stay up all night to finish reading it!
