Summary: Quit Your Backtracking!
Review: I have a tendency to write a summarized comment of these HP books I read as well as other books. First I want to say that HP5 was a great read in my opinion - although a long one. Despite its length I had a hard time putting the book down in the morning times when I could read it. I tried to read as much of it up until I was running late for work. The only disadvantage I found with the extra length of this installment was the endless backtracking by the author. I kept reading about Harry's experiences from his previous years to where I just about tore my hair out from its roots. Repeatedly I kept saying to myself -- YES, I know this already, I read HP1 - HP3! The backtracking that the author should have exercised more was when she had the characters hint about what had happened the previous year through their dialogue. One example, in HP3, Madame Pomfrey is relieved to hear the new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher Lupin is somewhat versed in curing magical ailments. These kinds of underlying hints give her work a charming reflection on Harry's experiences both old and new. This is not the only installment that the author is guilty of this, but it is the first where it happens the most often. My advice to JKR - just tell the audience they need to read the books in order or otherwise be lost in the process of getting to know Harry Potter entirely.

Summary: Kept me on the edge of my seat!
Review: I couldn't put it down especially in the last two hundred pages. Def a series I will be sad to see end. J.K. Rowling has created another enchanting world complete with good people, bad people, people you aren't sure of. Twists in this book turned out wonderful! Can't wait to read The Order of the Phoenix.

Summary: Superb!
Review: Rowling has taken a step up with her fourth instalment. The first three books were action-packed and full of fun, mystery and suspense. And Rowling has delivered a solid dose of this again. But the development of themes in this episode sets it apart - perhaps a reward from Rowling for the enthusiasm of her adult readers as well. A multitude of sub-plots bubble away, each reflecting and commenting on our own world's prejudices and problems, while the action takes no step back to allow for these developments. It is as drawing and racy as ever, with surprises at the end that outdo the previous books' twists. 'The Goblet of Fire' is a superb jigsaw puzzle which comes together to tie up perfectly at the end, while leaving you wanting more.

Summary: The best of the first four
Review: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is a great step up from the previous four books. This book if way more serious than the others, and grabs your attention from the begining. There is a death in this one that grabs the reader's attentinon. Harry is tested in this book to see how much he has learned in his first three years at Hogwarts. This book is amazing and you will love every page.

Summary: This one is my favorite!
Review: This is a classic! The plots and mysteries run deep, and I find this the funniest HP book as well! Sadly however, this book has an unworthy followup(Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix) Yes I know this is a long book, but it's the perfect length, they shouldn't get any farther. I had a bit of trouble understanding it the first time, but it makes a bit more sense now. Oh, and don't let me forget about the ending! Woah! This will change the plots of the future HP books forever!

Summary: Intricate read
Review: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, one of the best (so far) in the Harry Potter series, is an highly imaginative read. J.K. Rowling clearly wanted to dazzle her readers with a story packed with various subplots, laying numberous clues and red herrings, leading the reader down one way, and turning them around in another. Though the plot was very well-kept, she seemed to absorbed in the structure of the events that she didn't pay much attention to the much simpler plot holes. Though a mistake is caught her and there, it is a thoroughly great read.

Summary: This was great, I cant wait to read the rest!
Review: WhenI started reading the 1st Harry Potter book I though "WOW, this book is great". In the second I was left with "Neat, I bet they keep getting better." The 3rd was just what I expected BETTER!. As I started reading The Goblet of Fire i was a little disappointed because I wasn't as interested as the first 3 books. After i got past chapter 21, I found myself reading for hours...the story kept getting to good to put down. I finshed reading it...and I was left with, "I want more"...I had to go and get the 5th copy. The books just keep getting better! Just cant wait until the last 2 come out!

Summary: The best book i've readed so far
Review: Well these are the only books that I have really read in my whole life and I think that all the four books are great. The one that I really liked so far is the fourth book "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire". This book is good sines that first chapter, that how i knew that this book was going to be good. When i was reading the book sometimes i would think that i was in there with Harry and his friends. If u have readed all the other books on Harry Potter and you have not readed this one you are missing out in a good story.
