Rating: Summary: The Best One Yet! Review: I was one of those people camping out in the bookstore on friday night. I stayed up all night reading the longest book yet. Although it is 700+ pages, at no point does it drag on. The whole time i was very involved with the book. as i am sure you have already heard somebody important does die which makes the book very suspencful. I enjoyed this book more than probably any of the others. It deserves all of the hype it is getting!
Rating: Summary: JK Rowling does it again! Review: This book is SO cool. I love the way JK Rowling writes. I couldnt put it down when I first got it. My mom had to unglue my face from the pages!
Rating: Summary: The books keep getting better! Review: I got this book today and I can tell it is going to be great. I already read the first chapters and I fell in love with the book. The book is about Harry Potter going to Hogwarts for his fourth year. This book has 750 pages and is almost as big as a dictionary! if you like Harry Potter, BUY THIS BOOK!
Rating: Summary: THE BEST HARRY POTTER BOOK YET! Review: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is the best Harry Potter book yet! I just finished it (I got it at 12:00 last night) and let me tell you that you'll be glad that the book is over 700 pages long because every page is important to the story. THE BEST ONE YET!
Rating: Summary: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire-review by me Review: I remember when I thought I wouldnt like Harry Potter last year, and boy was I wrong. These books are very good for rainy days or on well, any day. These books, HARRY POTTER, gets your imagionation going. You think what if these books are based on real life, or could this really happen? Well these answers are easyly answered. No they cant really happen and they arnt based on real life. The Harry Potter books are full of palm-sweating adventure and is deffinetly a fantasy. Harry Potter (if you think about it) really dose have a moral, it might be a non-(::hesatates::)important, but there is one there. Some people might think of this book, a bad thing (parent are included for this). They have their own opinion to what they read, or have their child read. My personal opionion is that these books help the imagination grow and are a insperation for some people(including me). Therefor, these books are a great key to the mind, and we owe it all to J.K. Rowling.
Rating: Summary: FUN BUT FAMILIAR Review: The long-awaited HARRY POTTER AND THE GOBLET OF FIRE won't disappoint longtime fans... and doesn't offer a lot of surprises, either. Thankfully, J.K. Rowling plays a little with the by-now-familiar formula; instead of showing Harry's miserable summer with the Dursleys and launching right into the schoolyear (with the overdone Hogwarts rituals), the author sends Harry to a Quidditch tournament with the Weasleys. I won't reveal any more about the plot, except to mention that He-Who-Won't-Be-Named makes an appearance (of course) and we get an intriguing villain who is introduced in a clever first chapter. As much fun as the HARRY POTTER books have been, I would like to see Rowling break away from the confines of her storytelling formula and really try for something different. I've been getting a strange case of deja vu over the previous three books, as though the fresh ideas and storytelling inventions of the first tale have been recycled with only minor variations.
Rating: Summary: The Wonderful Goblet of Fire Review: It was wonderful. Really a surprise. But i though it was a good surprise. A totally awsome book.
Rating: Summary: Best harry Potter Book Ever! Review: The 4th Harry Potter book is the best in the series and adds a new exciting story to the Harry Potter books. I would recomend this book to anyone regardless of age.
Rating: Summary: Harry Poter Review Review: This book is about some students at a school for wiches and worlocks. It also shows a line in what is real in life and what isn't.Like muggles means humans. You also get to explor in the advenchers of Harry Poter.I also think this one will be better than the 1,2,or3 book beacause they get better as they go.
Rating: Summary: Lives up to the hype! Review: Well, OK. I stayed up all night to read it, and I had a great time. Many moments made me laugh out loud. It is much darker than the previous three books - Harry's fourth year at school is not as fun as the prior three, but Rowling is in full form. The storycrafting is magnificent, and the way the characters from the prior books return is quite entertaining. It's great to see that Rowling has not succumbed to the commercialism. You can tell she's writing the way she wants to, which makes the book all the more enjoyable.
