Summary: Harry Potter 4
Review: I thought this book was surprisingly good. It was imaginitive and suspensive, but never limited. But i thought it was a little long though i like long books.

Summary: Harry grows up!(NO SPOILERS!)
Review: The new Harry Potter book is indeed a triumph by J.K. Rowling. As always, her character development, plotlines, and imagery shinethrough. Harry comes face-to-face with some of his darkest fears and at the end of the book, it becomes evident that the sides are being drawn for the next three to come. Indeed this is a pivotal book in the series!

By far the darkest book so far, (in fact, I'm a bit concerned over the reaction my 10 year old may have with some of the more vivid scenes), J.K. Rowling neatly introduces young readers to foreshadowing. Some may guess who ends up dead, I did only a few pages before it happened. Many old suspicions are answered, and quite a few more laid down.

Harry notices girls for the first time, and predictably acts exactly as most 14 year old boys would act on a first date! Ron increasingly becomes more uncomfortable with the differences between he and Harry, and Hermione also "re-creates" herself!

The biggest developments of course occur with Harry. In all of his previous "life-and-death" struggles" he has been assisted somewhat by the "chair of the gods" technique, ie. Fawkes arriving at the EXACT split second he needed him; Hermione revealing at the last moment her "time-turner" This time, there are no last minute rescues by friends, but rather a much more mature Harry dealing with evil himself. And at the end, the reader can see the boyish layers peeling off and revealing more than a hint of the man to come.

An excellent read overall, but unlike the other 3, I did not put this down with a smile, but rather a feeling of unease as the world that J.K. Rowling has invented feels increasingly more real with each book.

Summary: 3 curses, 3 tasks and 4 champions, Voldemort - WOW!
Review: Although this book was long, my daughter and I loved it. We got it this morning, and couldn't put it down.

What I like about Rowling's stories is her consistency and use of the characters. She weaves new and old characters in the fabric of her stories. Most of the rumors were true about this book, but as always, the ending was different than I had hoped. My daughter missed Harry Potter playing his favorite sport, Quidditch. However, since there is so much to this book, to tell more wouldn't be a good idea. In every school year, we like Harry, learn so much about this magic world of Rowling's. She really keeps the action going in her stories; like the Sirius Black situation. She captures her audience in this wonderfully written story, about a boy and his journey to become a wizard. This truly is a magical series that will take you where no imagination has gone before. You can picture this world of magic, excitement, mystery, and enchantment, all rolled into one story. After reading this story, I now more theories about the seventh book. However, I think Ms. Rowlings will surprise me.

By the way, PETA might have some grievance against Sirius. I was very happy to see him back.

Also, I changed my opinion of Snape in this book. Snape and Sirius - start of beautiful friendship?

Summary: Wow, another incredible Harry Potter book
Review: Before I got this book, I was worried that it would not be as good as the other three. As soon as I read the first page, I knew that I didn't need to worry any more.

I really like all the new characters, the plot is extremely interesting (just like the other ones).

J.K. Rowling has done it again!

Summary: Great Plot For Readers of Any Age! Great Suspense!
Review: The wait is finally over. I finally bought "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" and read the book within hours. It starts off with Harry going to watch the Quidditch World Cup game with the Weasleys, and meeting some important folks that show up in this 734 page book. Harry then returns to Hogwarts, and finds out that there will be a new competition held at the school called the Triwizard Tournament. As usual, there is the dark looming of Lord Voldemort that hangs over everyone in Harry's circle, his friends, Sirius, and adults included. Yes, true, the rumors of teenage love and a beloved character's death are true. However, this book continually has funny scenes and touching moments that can keep any child entertained. The story ends on a very suspenseful note. I won't ruin it for anyone who hasn't yet read the book, but now I can't wait until book 5 comes out so the story will continue. This is definitely a book that you would want to read over and over again, just as the other books in the series were.

Summary: Rowling Works Her Magic Again.
Review: Even though I have not completely finished Ms. Rowling's latest addition to her wonderful Harry Potter series, I must say that from what I have read thus far, this book is absolutely marvelous. It's definitely another page turner. Writing this review has been one of the few times I have put this book down. Rowling definitely does have the touch of a great wizard. It's almost as if she's created a spell to entrance her readers into expanding their imaginations with her purely ingenious books. I don't want to give anything away, but I can assure you that if your hoping that this book is just as exciting as all three of the previous additions to the Harry Potter series, you will not be disappointed. Harry Potter rules!

Summary: Rowling didn't dissapoint her fans!
Review: the more books Rowling writes the better they seem to get. Once I started this book I just couldn't put it down. For one thing the quiddich games are much better.I didn't think harry was going to make the quidditch team but I'm glad he did. This way he was able to show off his talent not only in front of Hogwarts school but in front of the beauxbatons and Durmstrang schools also. The new characters are also as original as Rowlings first ones I liked Rita Skeeter and ALastor Moody almost as much as one of my all time favorites Proffesor Lupin! ...I don't want to give away to much of the plot for those who haven't read it yet but this is a must read as apparently most people already know {Bestselling book this year!}If you don't own this book I suggest you buy it on Amazon.com immediately....
