Summary: The Most Spectacular Book Ever
Review: July 9,2000 Dear people, Once you start reading this book, you'll be glued to it. This book is comic, suspenseful, and most of all, FANTASTIC! Harry Potter is a full on epic and unbelievably awesome story. Don't give this back to the book store for NOTHING. Do you hear me? NOTHING! This book gives children a wonderful motto. I think it says, "Dreams can come true. Even if you don't believe they can." And also, remember, the real magic, exists in your heart. Hope you enjoy and treasure this book ALWAYS!

Summary: One Amazing Book
Review: Surprisingly this book was even better then the first three. I bought the book yesterday, (July 8th) and could not put it down. yes, it was quite long, but I manged to finish it by midnight. (I read under the covers.) The plot was very exciting, and even though it was 640 pages (I have the Canadian/British version) it did not drag on. The story takes us back to Hogwarts School, and Ms. Rowling once again amazed me with her vivid description of the magical world that Harry is a part of. Ron and Hermione are back, helping Harry in his latest adventure. Insted of Quidditch, the main event for this book is The Triwizard tournament, a competition with two other wizarding schools. Rowling keeps the reader guessing to almost the last page as to who a follower of You-Know-Who and who isn't. I really enjoyed this book, but I wouldn't recomend this book for anyone under ten because the end this quite scary. I'm fourteen and i was quite frightened. Over all this was a wonderful book that encourages children to read and use their imagenations.

Summary: Another great book
Review: J. K. Rowling has done it again, another wonderful Harry Potter book. A definite must have addition to the series. If you have read the other 3 haryy Potter books, you must read this incredible book. Twist and complications in the plot make it interesting and a great summer read.

Summary: The Best One Yet!
Review: The latest installment of the Harry Potter (a name we have come to know and love) saga had me hooked. I recieved it the day it came out and read nonstop for 4 hours and 27 minutes until the last page turning climax had ended. Admitedlly the finer point escaped me but i got the gist. This is the best Harry Potter yet. Murder, deciet, treachery, mystery, humor and romance all packed into 752 pages. I heartily await the the seventh book because I know it will be the golden peak of childeren's literature. I would like to commend J.K. Rowling for revieving our imaginations and warming our hearts in the way that only a truly good book can.

Summary: Goblet of Fire is like no other Harry Potter book!
Review: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is simply brilliant. I had trouble putting the book down. Like you would care! I found the book to be different in many ways. First of all there was no exciting feeling about Hogwarts, it has changed! Maybe it was the fact that Harry was having a difficult time with being a champion! That's more than I should have told you. It's also different in the plot. There's no murderer loose, no one is turining people into stone. There's just some suspicious characters. Somehow, I didn't feel that there was a big threat in the book (however there was a lasting one from the first chapter, readers should know what I mean). Don't read this book if you haven't read any of the others. In fact, read all of the other Harry Potter books before reading the Goblet of Fire. It's certainly the most twisted and unpredictable as well. That's more information that anyone who hasn't read it should know! Anyway, the Goblet of Fire is truly magnificent and is like no other Harry Potter book, or even any other book that I've read!

Summary: Yes! It's finnaly here!
Review: I am so excited to be writting this! I have just read one of the coolest books written for a while! And I've read a lot! This book was, well, a lot different than the others in the series. The plot is just too good for words, and I won't spill it because many of you haven't read it yet. But I will tell you the most of the rummors were toaly wrong and the mushy stuff and the death did happen, although not like anyone expected it to. Not to mention new characters, funny or evil, and critters, this book is awsome!

Summary: SUPERB!...but with a few reservations.
Review: I'm 10 and not a big reader, but I ABSOLUTLY LOVE H.Potter books! I couldn't wait for the 4th book to come out, and I'm half way through the book in less than 24 hours. I've noticed that there have been a lot of d**ns in the book. It bothers me because most of her readers are kids even little kids 4 years of age have thier parents read these books to them. It might be offencive to some people who read H. Potter books. I dont see the need for swearing in childrens literature....especially with an author as tallented as J.K. Rowling! Even though I made this complaint this 4th book is the best book,in the best series I've ever read!

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Worth (most of) the hype
Review: I have been anxiously awaiting this 4th Harry Potter book and it does not disappoint. This book is a great addition to the series and does a lot for furthering the series' mythology, however, a good editor could have removed at least 200 pages without harming the content of the story.

Summary: Another thrilling adventure with Harry!
Review: JK Rowling delivers for the fourth time with Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. The book lives up to the exceptional standards set forth in the first three books of the series. We find Harry preparing to enter his fourth year of Hogwarts (but not before attending the Quidditch World Cup). The book is wonderfully written but not overly simplistic. The vocabulary is on a fairly adult level, and British idioms and allusions abound. Children, however, should have no problem getting through this 752 page epic - it can't be put down! I hope the next three books in what the author has dubbed a 7-part series come out soon as I will be first in line.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A little darker than the first three but just as good
Review: As an adult, I thoroughly enjoyed this book but I am a little concerned about some children reading this book. It was a bit darker and much more frightening then the previous books. I found the descriptions much more vivid and while I enjoyed them it might scare younger children. That being said, I couldn't put it down. Not to give anything away but I love how Harry and company are growing up and facing things that real teenagers contend with. I cannot wait for the next book.
