Summary: The Best Book I've Ever Read
Review: This intriguing, long awaited sequel was a book I couldn't put down since the moment I set my hands on it. It is about a dangerous tournament (which Harry participates in) between three wizarding schools. As many of you have heard, yes, someone (good) does die in it. The end was a bit tricky, yet I find it is still the best book that I've ever read.

Summary: Goblet of Fire is great
Review: The fourth installment is more challenging and an even better read than the first three. More important events occur in this book than the first three combined. This may make for a scarry read for very young readers, but others will find this causes the book to become more exciting and addictive than ever. Personally, I couldn't wait to read The Goblet of Fire, longed for more when it ended, and can't wait for the next installment!

Summary: Magic is Made Within the Pages of Harry Potter #4
Review: I think Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is one of the most innovative and interesting Harry Potter books yet. I got my copy yesterday morning at 10:00 and finished all 734 pages this afternoon! J.K. Rowling really writes fantastic books... I like how she throws in details someone might not pay attention to that actually play a big role in telling the story... it makes it more interesting and makes you pay more attention. The way she twists the plots around and her choice use of words are truly "magical"! Ms. Rowling develops the characters so well you either grow a strong liking or disliking towards them... it made me feel like I was right there with them. I could feel Harry's loathing towards the Slytherin house (especially Draco Malfoy and Professor Snape), and I could feel Hermione's joy at accomplishing a pretty big goal at the end of the story. One of the most interesting parts of the book was meeting students from other wizarding schools... I will not say much more for fear of ruining the book, except that the last half of the book is very shocking and quite unexpected... if anyone has not read previous Harry Potter books and wants to start with the most recent, I strongly advise against it. You MUST read them in numerical order to get the full experience... as I said before, the author sprinkles littles details throughout all four of the books that are necessary to tell the whole story. There is really only one word to describe Harry Potter and his friends: unforgettable.

Summary: Five stars? Five constellations is more like it!
Review: I read "Goblet of Fire" and am now in the process of re-reading it, out loud this time, to my daughter. Ms. Rowling has outdone herself with this one. Even with the hints and leaks that have been circulating, the plot was hardly predictable. I must say though, that I do hope poor Ron is provided some opportunity to shine on his own merit soon. Book 4 is clearly laying the groundwork for what is to come in the rest of the series. The next installment of Harry Potter promises to be a dark thriller, indeed! If anyone knows "write quickly" and "publish faster" charms or spells, please direct toward Ms. Rowling and the publisher.

Summary: A good read
Review: I went to a book party to get this book the moment it was released. Like all of Rowlings other books, you can read it many times and not tire of it. Differences: someone dies, Hermione,Ron,and Harry each develop a 'crush', but Voldemort still plays the crucial villian role. To tell the truth, this book was not all it was cracked up to be. Though ,all in all, the book was a good ,long read.

Summary: All I expected and more....
Review: WOW! I have never read 700+ pages faster, or enjoyed them more. I don't want to spoil the book for anyone who hasn't read it, so I'll just stick to the general.

This book is amazing. I didn't think it could get any better than Azkaban, but I have to say that Goblet is just as exciting and emotionally charged as the last, although Rowling wasn't kidding when she said that the series would get darker. Still, anything less serious would compromise the integrity of the characters, who are portrayed as real people in spite of their magical abilities.

Topics and situations are getting more mature and therefore deeper, and the relationship between Hermione, Harry, and Ron is shown in much greater detail. The pasts of Hagrid and Snape are exposed. There is a very interesting Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher...to say more would be giving too much away.

Read it for yourself and you'll understand.

Summary: Ms. Rowling outdoes herself.
Review: After fifty minutes of fighting a large, overly excited, cloaked and costumed crowd of young Harry Potter fans and their parents Friday night at midnight, I finally had my copy of the latest Potter story! My mind was reeling with the same questions. What would Harry do? Who would be the new Defense against the Dark Arts teacher? How can I someday be as wise as Albus Dumbledore? Would Hermione score seven hundred percent on every test? But the foremost question in my mind was "could Jo Rowling live up to the wonderful quality of writing and storytelling that is her first three books in the series?" Let me tell you, she did. In my opinion, the content, the seamless plot, and the amazingly developed characters combine for the best book of the series, if not the best book of the year so far. I will give away none of the plot, but rest assured, this is the best Potter book yet. I have friends who were worried about the length of the book. I finished the 700 plus pages in a little over 36 hours. The writing is so wonderfully concise, and the story so intriguing, you hardly notice the length of the book. Jo Rowling proves herself a seer, a born storyteller and a champion of imagination. One interesting aspect of the series is that the characters grow up as they go along. They experience more mature emotions, more tests on their morals and their problems become more serious the older they get. The fourth book seems to have lost some of the puerility of the first three; however, as much as we would like to, we can't keep Harry, Hermione, Ron and company young forever. If you have any vacillation whatsoever about buying the book due to the slightly higher cover price, or the length, abandon it and purchase this book immediately! The only regret you will have about Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, is that it was over much too soon.

Summary: The Best (And Longest) Book I Ever Read!
Review: I really loved this book! I got it yesterday, and I only put it down to eat, and when my mom made me. I would love to be with Harry Potter in this book. His adventures keep you on the edge of your seat with excitement and suspense. You're never sure what will come next, or who will be his ally, or his enemy. If you love magical and thrilling books, that give you a rush of adrenaline, then this is the book for you. I can't wait for the next one! I'm so jealous that the British get to see the books first!

Review: This good combined fresh new ideas with recollections of the previous story. Thee bood fufilled my want to read on with out an abrupt stop. Many abrupt plot changes at the end brought ideas forth I had not imagined. I can't wait to read the book for a second time.

Summary: 4th Harry Potter is a great continuation of the series
Review: The 4th Harry Potter had a lot of hype to live up to and it really did a pretty good job. I think that the beginning was a little slow- too many chapters before Harry got to Hogwarts. Once Harry was back in school the book picked up a bit and got back the flavor of the previous books. I noticed that the 4th book was a little more oriented toward older readers- more "damns" and constant references to boy- girl flirtations. I dont know if this is just becuase Harry is getting older or because J.K. Rowling is letting her books be influenced by popular culture. This installment was very much an "in" book, meaning that if you did'nt read the first 3 you would be kind of lost reading this one. Certain things in the book were very cute, like when Hermione was pronouncing her name to Viktor, the Bulgarian quiditch player, obviously this is a question that the author is constantly asked (especially by us Americans) and she wanted to clear it up in a cute kind of way. I thought some of the hints that the author gave about what was going to happen and some of the "leaks" were kind of misleading. A character did die but not one of the central characters that we really care about. The ending of the book was great, though, it really showed Harry's courage and it showed the power Dumbeldore has. The ending really set up the last 3 books nicely and I'm sure they'll be very exciting to read now that the wizarding world is no longer a safe place to be.
