Summary: The best read of the year.
Review: Harry Potter will stir your imaginattion to its fullest content with ideas and thoughts you may have never came up with otherwise. The uniqeness of the book carries it to a category of its own. Harry goes through his usual sets of problems to get himself out of, but before he does he gets into even more trouble. He always shows great qualites of a human being, being brave and courageous and almost never selfish. As a fourteen year old he has different prorities than adults but keeps a level head even about some romance that could be involved. This book is worth the 25 dollars, so w/ Amazon's price of 15 dollars its a find that you couldn;t pass up. The prefect gift for anyone who doesn't already have it, espically yourself. Enjoy! Summary: Wow!
Review: This is a pivotal book indeed!Characters from other books are brought back and many new characters appear. We learn more about the wizarding world outside of Hogwarts. Potter and his friends have the same charm that captured my attention in the first book. The fight again Voldemort continues and the fight between good and evil becomes more dangerous. I already can't wait for book 5. Rowling once again pulls into a world of which I didn't want to leave. I picked up the book and didn't put it down until the end. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is a Harry Potter fan!

Summary: The Best Harry Potter Book
Review: The fourth and latest in this magnificent series is every bit as good as expected. It introduces new interesting characters, and amazing plots. In addition to Harry's new trials with Voldemort, Rowling once more paints a picture of life in a world of magic.

Summary: I couldn't put it down!
Review: I spent all day Saturday reading this book from cover to cover. The main characters are fourteen now, and are growing up and acting their age. This book deals with a lot of adult issues like prejudice and jealousy without being heavy-handed. The story itself is gripping and satisfyingly scary, and the ending will leave you anxious for book five.

Summary: Harry's growing up!
Review: Harry Potter is fourteen, and the latest book in the series reflects his growing maturity - "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" is longer, more intense and more frightening then the first three books. All of the familiar characters are back, and the story never flags. It's to J.K. Rowling's credit that even though Harry is going through those ackward teenage years, the series is still as great as ever.

Summary: An adult enchanted with Harry
Review: Though it was somewhat darker in tone than the previous three, I loved The Goblet of Fire! It seems to me that Rowling is constantly heating up the battle between good and evil, and book four really gets the fire going. Though it was darker, heavier, and more intense, I thought it fit really well into the series. And while Rowling denies trying to teach any moral lessons to children, I don't think Dumbledore can resist. Whether or not Rowling intends it,you can't read this book without feeling like you have learned something. Some of the heavier issues Rowling tackles in this book show that Harry has real strength of character. He is brave, selfless, fair, honorable, and is willing to do what is right, rather than what is merely easy. So, while Rowling may not necessarily be trying to "teach" these lessons, I think Harry Potter is an excellent role model for my children.

Summary: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is Best of All!
Review: I have never read any thing as non-muggle as Harry Potter andthe Goblet of Fire! I hurried to the store early the morning of July8th and bought it, and I haven't put it down since. Rowling has really outdone herself in this novel with thrilling twist and turns in the plot, yet you still have the same good, old characters from the books before. I am eagerly awaiting books 5, 6, and 7!

Summary: Wonderfull Wizardrey!
Review: I think these books exemplify chidrens lives today. The stages that Harry Potter is going through as he gets older through the series of books is something children today have not seen in a long time, something magical, intresting, intelectually stimulating and not todays typical raunchy violence. This requires imagination! Not only does it paeallel the evolution of childrens lives but adults can relate to there childhood experienceses and use this as a channel of communication with their children. These books are a site for sore eyes!

Summary: Amazing
Review: I just finished the fourth book in the thrilling Harry Potter series. This book was amazing, absolutely amazing. Ms. Rowling has done it again. The characters were lovable and very believable, and the plot kept you guessing until the end. I was so caught up in this wonderful story I found myself finishing it at 2:00am. I reccomend this book to everyone who might be craving a good story. It truly is a must read.

Summary: Better than ever! (But watch the age group reading)
Review: Harry Potter IV lived up to every expectation that I had! I would however, comment that I am an adult reader and have the maturity to handle many of the darker things that occur in this book. Young readers that love Harry at 11 may need a bit more help understanding Harry at 14. The curses are darker, the plot is a bit more complex, and J.K. Rowling leaves no doubt why we should hate the villian. If your kids are easily spooked, the darker tone of this book may throw them off a little bit. BUT, as a lover of literature, the work is well written, beautifully pieced together, and as funny as always. Rowling seamlessly tells Harry's next adventure... and sets the stage for the next three books. Remember, Harry is getting older as each new book is published. While he was 11 in Book 1, he will be 17 in book 7. I LOVE HARRY POTTER, but I think that there are some readers hooked at 12, that might not be ready to take on some of the ideas held in the book. Overall, a WONDERFUL BOOK as long as the reader is mature enough to handle the subject matter. This book is the series' climax and sets the stage for the falling action and conclusion that the last three books are sure to hold!
