Rating: Summary: The Best Harry Potter Book Yet!!! Review: This book is about a boy named Harry Potter and he finds out that he is a wizard and goes to the magical school of Hogwarts: School of Witchcraft and Wizardry to learn spells and to make potions. During his fourth year he gets chosen to participate in the Triwizard Tournament and he doesn't know why. There is only supposed to be three contestants and he is the fourth. Is this the work of the most feared wizard ever, Lord Voldemort? Or, is it someone else? Can Harry survive the three gruesome tests? Read the book and find out. I gave the book five stars because it's the best Harry Potter book in my opinion. I've read this book three times and it keeps getting better and better!
Rating: Summary: This will cast a powerful spell.. Review: There's only one word that can adequately describe this book: Wonderful. Normally, sequels lose the enchantment that the original held over the reader, but Rowling creates a whole 'nother league of fantasy all her own. This book is jam-packed with comedy, romance and tons of action. It's everything we've come to expect from Rowling, and then some. The oncoming year at Hogwarts is laced with mystery that even Ron's very cool older brothers Bill and Charlie, new additions to the series, won't reveal. The usual spat between Ron and Hermione results in a newfound companion for Hermione, and a new rival for Ron. As you turn each page you'll wonder what's in store next, and how Harry will get himself out if the inevitable mess he's been thrown into. Finally, the ending is nothing short of explosive..death, rebirth, and a little reminder that Voldemort's not quite gone. I've read this book twice, and I'd read it 50 more times. It's great for fantasy readers and anyone who still communicates with their inner-child. I wish I could give this book 50 stars, well done J.K.
Rating: Summary: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire Review: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K Rowling In this book, Harry's friend Ron takes him to the Quidditch World Cup. During the World Cup, Ron finds Leprechaun money right after the Irish scored. Ron keeps it, but he didn't know that Leprechaun money disappears. I feel really sorry for Ron because he doesn't know. If you start the book it's kind a confusing in the first chapter. Once you get to the second chapter it makes more sense. My favorite chapter is chapter eight it's called "The Quidditch World Cup." It's a really great chapter. It's the Bulgarian Dimitrov vs. the Irish National Quidditch Team. I can't tell you who wins, you have to reed the book to find out .I think you'll be surprised who wins. I was. The message the author is trying to say is your enemies can still be your friends. Who helped Cedric Diggory out at the first task? So Cedric helped Harry at the second task. They helped each other out in the third task. The third task is the best one. I can't tell you who wins the tournament because then I'll give the book away. In the end Harry went back to the Dursley's again. I hope the fifth book is as good as the first four. I can't wait to read it.
Rating: Summary: Magical! Review: A great series of books to read aloud to your kids (even if they can read it themselves). Don't be surprised to hear them beg you to "read on! one more chapter! you can't stop now!" Besides you won't mind reading these books yourself (why should the kids have all the fun?). We were all dying to know what will happen next. I guarantee you will have a hard time putting it down. I was glad to see Dobby the House Elf back and wonder who might be returning in book 5? I don't believe some of the subplots are as trivial as some people think and will probably be furthur developed in book 5. This book is a bit darker than the other stories. The ending should probably not be read right before bedtime to younger kids. This book will take some time to get through but it never seems too long. Why do so many people want to cut down a book's pages? Finally book 5 has a release date, June 21st, see you in line!
Rating: Summary: A great magic and adventure book Review: Harry Potter and the Prizoner of Azkaban happens when Harry is in his third year at Hogwarts. At his aunt and uncle's house he inflates his Aunt Marge when she was making fun of him. He leaves and the Knight Bus picks him up and takes him to London. While in London he doesn't have to do his homework under the blankets. If you want to find out about Harry's other adventures read the books.
Rating: Summary: A GREAT BOOK FOR KIDS Review: I think Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is a great book. It is exciting and adventurous. I think that people who want to read about Harry Potter will love the 4th book. I liked the part when Draco Malfoy is turned into a ferret by Professor Mad-Eye Moody. I think that the most exciting part is when Harry is competing in the Triwizard Tournament, like when he has to fight the dragon on his Firebolt. This is a mystical and never know what's going to happen next type of book.
Rating: Summary: My Review of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire Review: My Review of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire By J.K Rowling Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is the fourth adventure of the Harry Potter series. This story takes place mostly at Hogwarts but also at the World Cup Quidditch field. Ron, one of Harry's best friends, invites him to go to the Quidditch World Cup. After the game, dark wizards attack the campsite where Ron's family, Harry, and Hermione are staying. Somebody shoots the dark mark into the air, but who did it? A house elf named Winky, found holding a wand right under the mark? You will have to read to find out! Later on that year at Hogwarts, there is a tournament that involves three schools. Each school has a champion to compete but the students have to be in their sixth year. Harry's in his fourth year but somehow the goblet enters him in the tournament anyway. In order to see if he survives or wins, read this book to find out! If you liked the other Harry Potter books, you will like this one. In my opinion, this one is better. The main characters are the same, but the adventures are more exciting. For example, there is a huge tournament with three very dangerous tasks that are fun to read about. J. K. Rowling is a good writer because she describes the characters, the plot and the setting very well. For instance, it's easy to imagine Weasley's house small on the outside and big on the inside, five stories tall, with a ghoul in the attic. I recommend Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire to every kid that can read at a fourth grade level or above. I rate this book five out of five stars. You should go get this book right now!
