Summary: Rowling's Work Continues to be Excellent!
Review: All devoted Harry Potter fans will certainly not be disappointed by The Goblet of Fire! Though many believed that all of the hype about this novel was unfounded, it is definitely a wonderful, extremely well-written novel, full of exciting twists and turns, character developments, and subplots. Great characters, suspense, and action are a few of Rowling's many hallmarks, and Book 4 contains all that and much, much more. The length makes it great for beach-reading and also increases the suspense factor, as there are cliffhangers at many of the chapter endings. As for the plot, it is as fabulous as ever with events that, as in the previous 3 books, build up to a thrilling climax and finish. Readers of all ages--this is a must-have!

Summary: The hits keep comin'
Review: The first time I read a Harry Potter book, I was sucked in. I couldn't stop. And now, I've finished Harry Potter and the Goblet Of Fire. Most people say that they believe J.K. Rowling's books would only get better, and they were right. The Goblet Of Fire is an amazing adventure from begginning to end. It tells the tale of the mysterious Triwizard tournament, in which two other schools compete against Hogwarts for the ultimate glory. Also, it describes how evil is rising from the old Riddle house. Harry Potter And The Goblet of Fire is much more than a worthy purchase. This is an adventure you just can't put down!

Summary: This Goblet runneth over. . .
Review: Although usually the word "sequel" prepares you to lower your expectations, this fourth installment in the Harry Potter series packs even more excitement, quirky characters, and tightly plotted events than the previous three books. Much attention has been paid to its length (734 pages and four pounds), but it is a supremely satisfying read. You will want to savor every page. Although most of the major plot elements of this volume are resolved by the end, the author hints at some of the challenges which lie ahead for our hero, paving the way for more excitement in volume five. Film critic Roger Ebert writes that the reason the "Star Wars" series is so successful is that its creator George Lucas pays careful attention to even the minutest detail, populating even the corners of the frame with interesting characters. In much the same way, J. K. Rowling packs the Harry Potter books with so much detail that the world of witches and wizards comes alive. In "Goblet of Fire", this enchanting world is revealed in greater scope, with more of the action taking place in the wider world outside the Hogwarts School. We learn for the first time of the existence of other schools of wizardry, and we meet characters from other cultures. Although so many things about the wizarding world are different, at the same time we can really identify with the thoughts and feelings of these characters: the awkwardness of adolescence, the loneliness of an orphaned boy and the excitement of first love. Rowling has written a book to delight Harry Potter fans everywhere. My question is, how long until she produces volume 5?

Summary: If you love Harry Potter you will love this!
Review: I really loved this book. If you have ready the other Harry Potter books you will love this one too. In this book Harry Potter is having fun and is sneaking around agian. He goes all over the place in Hogwarts, and event goes to a Quiddicth Profeational game. The Triwizard tournament is stared agian, (this tournament can be deadly) and someone put harry's name in the goblet of fire to get him killed. It was one of You-Know-Who's servents. But I'm not telling who, it could be Snape or someone new, just read it for you self. Harry even meets Lord Voldormort again and he is back, but I am not going to tell you how or I will ruin it for you, because I know how much you will enjoy this when you read Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, you won't be able to put it down.

Summary: The Goblet of Fire
Review: Book Four in J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series is no dissapointment. I finished all 734 pages and can not wait for more. The Goblet of Fire, is perhaps a bit more sinister, in parts, than the other books but I also found it more meaningful. There are great lessons, on friendship, loss, and the treatment of others, to be learned in this book. Hopefully, Rowling's young, and not so young, readers will take this away after the back cover is closed. The main characters are the same, yet a bit older. I admire how well Rowling has developed Harry, Ron, and Hermione to suit their ages. At fourteen, they take an interest in the opposite sex, yet still have plenty of time for snooping around around Hogwarts, obsessing over Quidditch, and enjoying Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans. There is more interaction between minor and major characters, which is interesting. Also, we finally meet the two oldest Weasley Brothers. A wonderful read!

Summary: THIS BOOK IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!
Review: I could not wait to get my hands on the next book in the Harry Potter series. From the moment I opened it and read the 1st page I was hooked. I totally devoured this book. It was just so incredible and engrossing that I hated for it to end. From the Quidditch World Cup to the Triwizard Tournament is was all just so great. I CANNOT wait until Harry Potter 5! I think I am already going thru withdrawal. So to everyone out there..........do not miss out on HP 4!

Summary: And I thought it couldn't get any better!
Review: Unbelieavable! I read this in a 48 hour span and I could hardly put it down escpecially when I got in the last 200 pages. J.K. Rowling really knows how to make her characters come to life and have us all feel real attachments to them. Thank you J.K. for writing a series of books that takes us away from everything going on in our own lives for just a while.

Summary: J.K. Rowling does it again!
Review: In her fourth installment of the Harry Potter series, author J.K. Rowling, pens another hit. I am sure that younger readers will be especially thrilled at the introduction of new characters as well as the secrets we learn about many of our old favorites. This book is every bit as captivating as the first three. I especially like the fact that Rowling did not just do a "hum-drum" repeat of some of the events in the first three books, but cooked up an entirely different angle for this story. She even took one of the main events of the first three books out and replaced it with something very interesting---but you'll have to read for yourself to find out what it is! This is an excellent family book. Adults and children alike will be entertained by the imaginative world that they are transported to when they read---the magical world, that is, of Harry Potter.;
