Rating: Summary: Best book of them all! Review: Harry Potter and the goblet of Fire is clearly the best book of the series. Join Harry, Ron and, Hermione in Rowling's best action packed novel yet.For 734 pages it's worth it.
Rating: Summary: A must read book for children of all ages, 9 to 99 Review: I'm 24 and I have been enchanted by Harry Potter once again. J. K. Rowling knows how to write at more than one level and that makes her books entertaining for everyone. The fourth book, longest so far, is still a fast read and still leaves you with a good feeling inside. I'm on the edge of my seat waiting for Book 5, to see where Harry Potter's adventures will lead me next.
Rating: Summary: absolutely, utterly, unbelievably scrumptious Review: this new installment to the Harry Potter series is the best yet. As I am quite a reader, the length was not overbearing at all. I am seventeen years old and I take several literature classes; I decided to postpone the reading of my required summer reading books in order to read this amazing work by Rowling. It was wonderful. I read it in the car (no I was not driving), I read it in bed and I read it in the bath. I could not put it down before I finished it. Thank-you sooo much J.K. Rowling for giving us this treasure of a literary series and this latest installment. I cannot wait for the next one!
Rating: Summary: This book is Great! Review: I got this book on monday,July 10.I read this book in about 1 1/4 days.I didn't even read it all the time. But it's easy to get hooked on it.Theres alot of action, adventure, and mystery. This book is amazing. It brings a lot more characters out and really makes you feel as if you were in the book. This book is a little more complicated then the other three books which i would strongly suggest that you read them before you read this one. This is a great book to be read as a family or by yourself.I would recommend this book for anyone over the age of five.
Rating: Summary: The Best Book ever written! Review: I've been waiting for this book since July, and when I finally got it, my mom forced me to stop reading it. I've read it in two days, but I'm still reading it over again.
Rating: Summary: the ultimate reading experience! Review: I love Harry Potter. I've read all the books several times.I waited forever for this book to come out! I really liked this book except for the first and second to the last chapters, because they were too scary for younger readers. I think that it really shows you that Harry is growing up. He learns about friendship and loyalty. JK Rowling has a special way of writing that makes you feel like you're in the story. I recommend this book for older readers.[Minus 1 star for being too scary.]
Rating: Summary: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire Review: All I have to say is "WOW!" J.K. Rowling has really out done her self this time with the 4th book to the Harry Potter series. I have never in my life read a 752 pg book in ONE day. I can't wait to read the next book.
Rating: Summary: bring on Book 5! Review: I am 26, and I was on pins and needles waiting for this book. I loved this book from beginning to end. It was not as light as the other three, but we were warned. I was hooked from the beginning. My palms were sweating right along with Harry's, Ron's, Hermione's, and all the readers' palms. I loved Mad-Eye Moody and his demonstration of the Aveda Kedavra. It made me think, like so many other points in the book. Everyone is growing and learning. Struggling. I'm not making much sense, but after reading this, I'm all jumbled up. Don't wait, buy a copy today. Then write JK and Scholastic and BEG for Book 5!
Rating: Summary: This is a winner! Review: I have almost finished the book and I can't wait for the ending. Whoever has been reviewing it for the newspapers and magazines has totally missed the mark! The book is about true friendship and what it means to be a true friend. I think that every character is well developed and exciting. I can't wait for the next one. This is 734 pages of heavenly reading!
Rating: Summary: The most complex of the Four - Leaves you open for more! Review: As soon as I recieved the book from Amazon.com in the mail, I knew what to do. I put down the mop and started to read. By that night I had finished and I couldn't believe what I had just read. I flipped the last page of the book and hoped for more. But all I could manage to find was the back cover. It seemed as if it wouldn't be right for the book to stop there, but it had. I couldn't believe what had happened. I had used almost an entire day to uncover the secret the first chapter had began and found that it only lead to another and I would be forced to wait until the next book came out. I hope it will soon! And enjoy the goblet of fire, you're in for a real treat!
