Review: This book holds you until the last words. It is a masterpiece, however one or two small problems with it. For one, it is one of the most ambitious book projects, and it indeed sets you up for more, so J.K. Rowling will have quite a job ending this series. Thats about all.

Review: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is an excellent, excellent book. I would strongly recommend that you read it. Even if you didn't like Harry before, you will now !
I have been a fan of Harry for three years and have gained a lot of knowledge about it in that time (including the actors who play the lead characters in the movie series - Emma Watson (Hermione) Daniel Radcliffe(Harry and Rupert Grint(Ron). I own the Philosopher's Stone, Chamber of Secrets and Goblet of Fire but am still looking for the Prisoner of Azkaban.
Well, anyway, the magic, suspense and delight that awaits you in this installment is thrilling and I cannot wait to see how the actors portray that !!

Summary: Brilliant!
Review: This book is amazing! Even if you aren't a fantasy reader, you'll like it. It starts with an awful dream of voldemort and wormtail and then the dark mark is released in the quidditch world cup! When harry gets back to hogwarts, something happens that hasn't happened in a century. The Triwizard tournament takes place! While only students over 17 is allowed to participate, for some strange reason Harry's name will be picked. Everything happens that's so incredible, Harry had to face a dragon, rescue a precious thing from the lake, and go through a dangerous maze in this tournament. But the worst that happens after he is picked for the tournament in that Ron stops talking to him until the first task is over. It's sad because Ron is my favorite character. Then Harry faces Lord Voldemort. I am not talking about the Voldemort Harry faced in the 1st and 2nd. I am talking about a Voldemort that has come back stronger than ever before, with Harry's blood inside him so he could touch him! Then Harry finds out a death eater(voldemort supporter) is in Hogwarts, that he is the one who put harry's name in the goblet of fire, that he is the one who made sure harry got through to the third round and that he was the who safetly transported harry to voldemort. Will harry survive Voldemort and if he does what else will he waiting for him? Cool!!!!

Summary: Hands Down The Best of the Potter Series
Review: I went through this fascinating book in all of two readings and was clutched to the edge of my seat for the entire trip. Reading this book was better than watching television. JK Rowling has outdone herself again with a spectacular writing that will have you laughing and then shriveled up with fear within the spread of a few pages. Please do your inner self a service by picking up this (and the others) book and reading it soon! You won't regret it!

Review: I adore talking books, & JK Rowling in particular, because her
novels are, I think, written to be read aloud
Jim Dale is a lovely actor, but not a patch on Stephen Frye
who reads the British versions of the books.
Frye's mellifluous tone & spine-tingling voice makes for a superior narrator,and a more thrilling listen.
Get your ears on Stephen Frye,if not your hands on the CD's.
There was a very good reason for the BBC to broadcast his version
of ..Philosophers Stone on Radio 4 at Christmas a few years ago.
I'm sorry JD, but I passed your version on, & have just coughed up £90 for Stephen's cracking rendition,I'm poorer this month,
but, definately not sorry I did so!

Summary: It just keeps getting better and better....
Review: I read the first two Harry Potter books and then got the audio cassettes for number 3 and 4. These books are great! I listen to a lot of audio books because I drive a lot and I get sick of the radio after a while. Some audio books are hard to keep paying attention to while listening. That is not the case with this particular one.
There are 12 tapes that are 1 and 1/2 hour long. I got so intrigued that I finished it within a week. I listened while driving, cooking supper and even while doing some house painting. The Goblet of Fire is delving further into the mystery of Harry and his world. I am hooked and just can't wait for the next one.
If you don't have a lot of time to read and want to discover some true talent of story telling, try these books on audio. It is a great story and the reader does an excellent job of changing his voice for different charachters and setting the scene for what is going on.
I can see why the man that read these books for audio recieved so many awards. It will keep you on the edge of your seat!

Review: I HAVE READ ALL FOUR HARRY POTTER BOOKS LIKE A GAZILLION BOBILLION MAMILLION BAZILLION TIMES EACH AND THE GOBLET OF FIRE IS DEFENITLY MY FAVORITE IT IS VERY GOOD. THE TRIWIZARD TOURNAMENT WAS EXCITING AND WHEN CEDRIC KILLED BY LORD VOLDEMORT IT WAS EXTREMLY SAD I CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL ORDER OF THE PHOENIX (I THINK I SPELLED THAT RIGHT) COMES OUT!!!!!!

Summary: Goliath has been unpotting mandrakes!
Review: Everything that Goliath wrote in his/her review is accurate. And this is still one the best overall books for entertainment value I have ever read. I can only believe that Goliath, with all due respect, used to write hate mail to Warner Brothers as a child because Wile E. Coyote could never have survived that fall.
It's not War and Peace dude, seriously.
