Summary: Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire
Review: J.K. Rowling does it again with the continuance of the Harry Potter series. The Goblet of Fire is a wonderful read. Full of adventure, humor and suspense. I find myself transported to Hogswart everytime I open one of her books!

Summary: COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL
Review: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is well written book. It shows how Harry and his friends survive another year at Hogwarts the #1 wizarding school in London. Rowling can enchance people and her Harry Potter series is growing more popular. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is one of my favorite books. It tells the story of Harry and how he struggles to survive the year. It is a good book and deverves to get all this attention.

Summary: Harry the Greatest Wizard EVER!
Review: I have read all of the Harry Potter books. The Goblet of Fire is thus far the best. J.K. Rowling has done a wonderful job. Never in a million years would anyone be able to predict this ending. He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named is causing more trouble than ever in this book. The ending will also have you in tears, it makes you want to jump in there and tell Harry that everything will be okay. Between emotions of anger, frustration and sadness this is a book everyone can enjoy.

Summary: She did it again!
Review: Like so many other Potter enthusiasts, I took time out during a business trip to pick up a copy at Borders on the release date. I had spent the previous month reading the first three books to understand the J K Rowling phenomena and to try to understand why my children and my wife were so taken by these books. My views on this can be found in my review of book 3. I thought book 3 was the best of the bunch.

I am a slow reader and was a bit dismayed to see that it would take me a long time to get through this one (700+ pages). I mostly review statistics books which are much easier for me.

As I started the book, I found it was slow going and seemed to be deliberately more detailed. I began to think that maybe she was trying too hard to top the last one and was making a mistake. By the middle of the book I was able to get into it more. The action increased and connections were made to previous books. Surprises occurred at the World Quidditch Championships and later at Hogwarts when the Tri Wizard Tournament was announced. The new story lines and characters again held my interest.

However, I still did not think this book would surpass the accomplishment, intrigue and excitement of book 3. I was wrong. I changed my mind when I got to the point where the champions were finishing the third task. At that point the story was riveting and I couldn't put it down. Many surprises occur and one of the story's heroes dies. For the first time Harry actually confronts Lord Voldemort. Many questions left open in previous books and this one are answered toward the end. Still Rowling creates new mysteries and leaves enough unanswered questions to have us eager for book 5. Alas we must wait another year to see if she can keep making these stories more exciting and magical!

Unfortunately at the time of this revision, the fifth book is not out but the movie on book 1 is. Rowling is becoming an entrepreneur! I hope book 5 is not as long as book 4 and she goes back to what made her rich in the first place. The movie is good though.

Summary: J.K.ROWLING IS PLAYING TRICKS, TOO
Review: Author J.K. Rowling leads us with haunting themes, ever aware that Harry is close to danger. In HP4 she REALLY plays a trick on the reader by turning everything upside down. There is no way to guess how Harry will escape...or even who's good and who's evil. How can Harry trust anyone any more? The suspense will continue in the next book, which can't come too soon.

I hope the movie and the toys don't distract from the real Harry and company. Pretending is so much fun!

Summary: Just finished reading the book this morning.
Review: Oh my. Harry and the Goblet of Fire is one of the best books I've read. I loved ever minute of the book. I stayed up to 2:45 am in the morning a few days ago, because I was so addicted to the book. I say, that this is J.K. Rowlings best Harry Potter book yet. I can't wait to for the next book to come out. The Harry Potter series are more exciting than the other books I've read. If anyone hasn't started reading the series, they should. Even though the ages to read the books are 9-12. I'm 18 and I'll keep reading the books over and over again until I'm an old granny.

Summary: Hooray for Harry Potter!
Review: As a twenty year old, having read all the Harry Potter adventures now, I can't quite agree with the whole, "children's novel" idea. I think that not only is this book a little gruesome toward the end, but I really can't recall being 9 or so, and understanding much of the vocabulary in this book. I'm not talking about the magic related fiction, I'm talking about the overall prose of the book. However, I really enjoyed this book. I could hardly put it down! I think many will agree with me when I say, " we want more!" Hopefully it won't be to long before Harry Potter strikes again.

Review: This book was the best yet! I read the whole thing in a day because I couldn't put it down!

Summary: Does Harry ever have bad luck?
Review: I know that Harry is the star of the book and all, but I find it very disturbing when Cedric Diggory (a few years older than Harry) can easily be killed and Harry cannot. If You-know-who really wanted Harry dead, he would have done it quickly instead of talking a load of trash. This, I find is unrealistic. I know the book is supposed to be magical, it should really give other characters in the book some limelight except him. Some parts are good but I found the book somehow different from the last 3. I WANT HARRY DEAD. I'M FED UP OF HIM. sORTA LIKE pIkAcHu in Pokémon.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Good but not a page turner.
Review: With all the hype this received I was just a tiny bit let down. I couldn't even tell you why, but this one was just not the same. The other three I had trouble putting down, I just wanted to keep reading, this one it did not matter to me. I was delighted however that everyone started to notice the opposite sex, (they are fourteen). I was also delighted by the TriWizard tournament, and the Moody plot twist. I did enjoy the book, but enjoyed the others more. I still would reccommend.
