Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: There Is a Reason Everyone's Praising This Book... Review: This is one of the best books that I've ever read. The only others that come close to beating it are the first 3 in the series. I didn't actually buy any of them for myself - my brother did, but everytime he put it down, I'd pick it up for a sneaky read. I feel like I know Harry and I miss him when I actually remember that I can't speak to him like my other friends. I will always believe, though that magic is real, Hogwarts is real, and Harry is real, even if its only in my imagination.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: I liked it Review: To me this was book was Great! it has bits with mystery, bits with action, bits that you gasp to... in other words Rowling did it again, if anything, better than before! My favorite part was... the whole thing!
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Thanks for making #4 so long! Review: As an adult reading the Potter books, this was the best so far. I couldn't put it down but didn't want it to end. Each page brought something new from J.K. Rowling's vivid imagination. I can't wait for #5 and I dearly hope it's as long if not longer.

Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: getting better & better Review: Yes, the fourth book in the Harry Potter series deserves 5 stars, as the first 3 books also did. And yes, it's also much better than I expected. I was sceptical about the author's ability to write the fourth book because of all the pressure of so many people breathlessly waiting for it...Also, the first 3 books covered all sorts of stuff, had many twists & turns, lots of humour, & lots of information on the characters. So I thought it was kind of hard to match up to all that. Was I right? No!(luckily for me & everybody else)I think the Goblet of Fire is the best, so far, in the series, for 2 simple reasons: a) it's almost tripple the size of the previous books (it resembles a small dictionary & almost scares you off when you first lay eyes on it) so it's even bigger a success, since J.K.Rowling manages to keep you surprised & anxious throughout the whole thing & b) this book marks a sort of turning point in the series, which you'll find out when reaching the last page. But enough said already. If you belong to the small minority that hasn't yet enjoyed the Harry Potter books, stop resisting & start reading: it's one of those few cases when being in the minority doesn't have anything good about it- you're just missing a rare treat!
Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: Book 4 is the worst of the 4 Review: Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the Harry Potter series! These books are advertised as "Childrens Books". Every book seems to have more curse words! Why? It doesn't help the story, it just make me feel weird! Second, the appearence of big words, that I don't know are coming out more often as the series continues. Also, the fourth book has a lot of boring detail that may interest adults but bores kids. Heck, the fourth book is almost 3 times the size of the first book! I'm worried the author is stopping writing for kids because of the books popularity. I hope not. The story is great and everything. If it wasn't for the things I just mentioed I would give it 5 stars. But because of these things I give it only 4. (I give all the other Harry Potter books 5 stars!)
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: The magical reality of Harry Potter Review: A friend of mine, whom recently visited me from Boston on July 6th, was estatic with the realization that in only a few days, the fourth Harry Potter book would be available to J.K. Rowling-Junkies all over the world. I scoffed at her (yes, really, I scoffed), saying that I, nor could she, find amusement and temptation in a series of books that my ten-year old sister has been reading. So, in order to understand the frenzy and mania over Harry Potter, I played devil's advocate and picked up the first book in the series...and did not put it down until I finished it, four hours later. Though clearly a childern's book, it is also clearly an age-less classic, that will remain as famous and cherrished as Tolkien's, 'The Hobbit.' I quickly read the next three books in the series, and found each to be as unique and intriguing as Harry Potter himself. Ms. Rowling is a genius; simple, pure and honest. I find myself anticipating the fifth book as if I were again a child...and perhaps that's the charisma of the Harry Potter books-it awakens the long-sleeping child that dwells within us all.
Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: A Review of Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire Review: This Book is really good. One of my favorite parts was when Mad-Eye Moody turned Malfoy into a ferret. I have already read this book several times(I started reading it as soon as I got it) and I liked it more each time. My favorite characters are Hermione, Ginny, Professor McGonagall, and Dobby and Winky. This series is really good. If you havent read them, I urge you to go out and look at a copy. I won't say what happens in the end. And there ya have it!
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: J.K. Rowling has done it again, when WILL she stop! Review: When I first saw Harry Potter in our library, I barely even picked up a finger to get it, and in consequence, I wasn't the first to read it... However, after that, it was like a flood of people were at our library to read it, and in the desperation for the 2nd book, I forgot about the library and bought it myself... Then the third... However, after finding out that it would be another year before the 4th and I was always thinking about it, I knew I was hooked. The fourth book is definitely the best yet, detailing Harry Potter's fourth year at Hogwarts. However, there is a surprise in the beginning, which I will not state, to contain the suspense for other readers. While at Hogwarts, Harry and the gang find out that the Quidditch Cup tournament was canceled, but it was replaced by the Triwizard Tournament, where the best 3 schools compete to win. Even though it may be 700+ pages, it will be worth the read, adults, and children will both be drawn into J.K. Rowling's intricate web of mystery and imagination. Buy it for your kids and yourself, you will thank me later. =)
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: F A B U L O U S! Review: Well, here I am again, at the end of book 4. I wrote a review on book 1 only FEW SHORT WEEKS AGO! It certainly did not take me long - 2 days to finish #4. Now that I am more familiar with the characters, a few things I would love to see in #5. First, can we please find out a little more about Dumbledore, and Snape (actually starting to like the snake)and Professor McGonnagall. I think it's time. They are such an intricate part and it would be nice to find out a little bit more about them. And hopefully Rowling will grant our wishes. She certainly sets it up in book 4 - there are tidbits all over the book on the stories of these 3 important figures in Harry's life, but we get waylaid. I actually liked the "darkness" of the book, the layers are building on each other. And for those of us with romantic hearts, you can even find a little of that too (even if it's 14 year old romance). I certainly hope she is working on #5...
