Summary: No more reviews!
Review: I think it is absolutely pointless for Amazon.com to have the plot to this incredible book posted for everyone to see. I read this 700 page book in TWO DAYS, count 'em, TWO because there was no way I could put it down. The key to the Harry Potter books is to have no knowledge about what is going to happen because that just ruins the surprise. Stop telling everyone the plot and let them discover it through J. K. Rowling's best-selling words.

Summary: great book...why so long for the next
Review: When the frenzy over this book started, I knew I was missing something, so I bought and read all three before starting on this one. I devoured them. This book was terrific. If you like reading (yes, in general), then you should give this book a try. I didn't think I would enjoy it, but I did.

The only sad part is that there are still 14 more months until HP5 comes out!

Summary: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
Review: I've read all the Harry Potter books more than once. They are the best books I've ever read. The fourth book is exciting and hard to put down. My favorite part in the book was the three tasks. I felt like I was actually there watching. My favorite activity from all the books is quidditch. The idea of going so fast on the broom and all the different kinds of balls is just so great! I like everything about quidditch! One reason I like this series the best is because it is about a kid who comes from our world and enters into the fantastic world. It is easy to understand him. These books have a great plot and characters and I hope you like reading them as much as I do.

Summary: Harry Potter will always rock but what's with number four?
Review: Okay-JKR gets started off on a great note with year one. Great writing. The Book itself is great ( the Quiditch games are the best ). Next in book Number 2 JKR is slowing down, Quiditch isn't mentioned as much. The story line is a bit blotchy and the mystery unfolds to quickly together. Finnaly the best book in the first four, Year 3. Black is the best character. Quiditch is brought back even more and Hagrid is put into the story better than ever. You also meet Harry's parents in a way. Last we come to year 4. Better than year two and about tied with number one in story line. But taking out Quiditch was a sin of all sins! The triwizard cup was very, very stupid. You would've thought with so many pages ( over 700 ) This woud be the best of the four. JKR better pick it up. P.S. If JKR ever happens to read this, finish Dumbledore's joke from the begining of the year banquet!

Summary: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
Review: I expected to enjoy this book as I had the earlier ones, and I was EXTREMELY disappointed and frankly VERY DISTURBED at the overall tone the series appears to be taking on. I was especially turned off by the torture scene. Also, I felt that the conversations and situations were becoming much too hateful to be appropriate for most childrien (i.e. the referral to the death eater whose job it is "destroying dangerous beasts" who will have "better victims than that soon", and the talk of being ready for "a spot of Muggle-torture"). Overall, this makes me believe that the this book, and probably the future books if they follow the same tone, ARE NOT APPROPRIATE FOR CHILDREN (and probably not for most adults). The characters in the books have begun focusing too much on hate, revenge, lies, and killing (per Malfoy, "Mudbloods and Muggle-lovers first"). This has, in fact, turned me completely off the series. I will definitely not be looking forward to the next book because in my opinion there was absolutely nothing about this book that was fun or even mildly entertaining.

Summary: Jim Dale is the best!
Review: I too am one of the many adults out there that truely enjoy the Harry Potter story. I have listened to all four books. This one is wonderful! Jim Dale is one of the best narrators around. I cannot believe that he can come up with a different voice for each and every character. For those of you that have read the book, I recommend listening to it also. Jim Dale adds to the entertainment value.

Summary: best books ever
Review: I think the Harry Potter books are the best ever. I am the mother of two girls and all three of use have taken turns reading Ms.Rowlings Harry Potter books. They are very entertaining, there are not any other books out there that a parent can read and share with their kids that are this good and entertaining. Her books keep adults and children on the edge of their seats they are a can't put down book. They are for kids ages 8 to 108.The three of us can't wait for books 5-6-7. we hope they are out soon.thank you Ms.Rowlings for your books.

Summary: The Best of all Four
Review: I have read all four of the Harry Potter books and I think that this one was the best, in a close race with the third book. This book is much darker than the previous three, yet it's the up and down roller-coaster that J.K. Rowling takes us on that is so facinating. The beguining is very good, it sets the whole mood for the book, and for once it didn't start on Harry's birthday. The charactors are deep and well defined, yet they never cease to surprise us, as many will find Hermione did. It's hard to get bored as the story progresses, and people will meat a few new faces, an anoying reporter, W.I.Ts(wizards in training) from other schools, and, as always, a new defense against the drk arts teacher. Another reason this book is so good is tha Ms. Rowling stopped writing exactly what we wanted to hear, and there for made us feel the emotions of the charactors more. I highly recomend this book, especially for older readers. My praise goes out toMs. rowling for creating another mastrpeice.

Summary: Good Book, Good Fad
Review: This is a great book with a well worked plot, although the books seem to be getting longer, and a little off topic at some points. I my brother is a real Harry Potter fan, and he recommended them to me (now I like them as much as him!). I can't wait for the 5th one to be published, along with many other people! For people who think this is a fad, and that the books are terrible for their emphasis on magic, and witchcraft I say this. These books have a good philosiphey of good over evil, and many old fairy tales and even Santa Claus involve magic!
