Summary: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
Review: This book is about adventure, mystery, and majic. Harry Potter is the main character. He is a 15 year-old boy who is a wizard attending Hogwarts, a school of witchcraft and wizardry. The story takes place at Hogwarts in England. The second character, who is the antagonist, is another 15 year-old boy who also attends Hogwarts. His name is Draco Malfoy. Draco does not like Harry because he feels that Harry is better than him at everything. Harry Potter is the protagonist. Harry and Draco argue throughout the course of the book. I liked this book because it had a lot of adventure, mystery, and intrigue. I did not like this book because it had to many characters to keep up with. I would recommend this book to a dude my age because I think they would like it. I would recommend this book to a teacher as a class reading assignment. This concludes my report on Harry Potter.

Summary: Stimulates abilities
Review: I bought the books for my children and we have all enjoyed them. We live in Mexico, so I struggled to get them in spanish. My surprise begun when my 10 and 7 year old children began writting their own stories, but with a structure that I wouldn't have imagined that they could achieve. I undoubltly know that it were the books that opened that door for them, in addition to the fun of reading them.

Summary: Awesome! Most exciting and thrilling yet!
Review: When I started to read this book, I literally couldn't put it down! The book just interested me so much, that I kept reading it over, and over, and over again. The author definately puts lots of feelings into it, including fear, pain, anguish, anxiousness, and it just makes you want to read it more and more. The only part I don't like about it is the end, where a wonderful boy working alongside Harry Potter in the Triwizard Tournament is killed by the evil and wizard-world-wide feared Voldemort. But the author, J. K. Rowling, just captures you in her wonderful imagination; HOGWARTS School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, GRINGOTTS wizard bank, run by GOBLINS, the town of HOGSMEADE, the sport QUIDDITCH and the way it's played, and so much more. You just have to read it to find out how thrilling it is. I guarantee you'll love it, no matter how old you are. I'm not twelve, I'm a teen and I love it. I only pretended that I am 12 so that I can persuade you 12-and-unders into reading this breath-taking book. And don't forget, she also has written the amazing books that lead to this sequel, Harry Potter and the Sorcerors Stone (book 1), Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (book 2), and Harry Potter and the Prizoner of Azkaban (book 3). But you won't really get the true meaning out of the book unless you read them all, (but if you insist not to read the others, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire [book 4] is still very good). Trust me.

Summary: Great book for all!
Review: I brought this book for my kid, who didn't really want to read it. I know nothing about Harry Potter other than all the hype. One day I decided to pick up the book myself to see what all the hype was about. Once I did that, I couldn't put it down. I thought this book was just for kids, but I believe teens and adults will enjoy it as well. I believe we all have a little adventure/fantasy spot inside of us. We all would like to fly, solve mysteries and be the hero once in a while. This book took me away from a lot to the daily hustles and bustles of day. I found it a great get away...AND IM A GROWN MAN :)

I guess we all should get in touch with the kid in us from time to time. The plot was good and it held my attention. Just by reading, I know it is bound to hit TV or the movies soon. I will probably read the books prior to this one as well. Your kids should love it and maybe you as well.

Summary: Boone Felts review of the best book ever.
Review: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is a most read. Frfom start to finish the book has rythm and a good plot and all the qualities of a good book. No book has ever made me feel so involved before. The book was so amazin that it seemed like I was going through the events with the characters. The plot of the story is: Harry gets caught up in a contest for the greatest student wizards and he has to go through all these events and contest. Someone put his name in the Goblet of Fire with indicates who is in the contest. You have to be a certain age to be in the contest and Harry is not old enough but, someone put his name in the Goblet of Fire with ituitions that know one knew of. Harry has to compete against Victor Krum who is a great Quidditch cup player. HE played in the Quidditch World Cup and was given MVP of the game. Quidditch cup is some sort of a sort of a sport that has a little bit of soccer and football combined. Harry has to compete against Victor who is from one school, and Fleur Delacour who was a beuitiful girl from another school, and Cedric who is from the same school as Harry. Harry's school is away from the people or as the Magic school calls the people muggles. The muggles do not find wizard's very interesting and dislike anything that has to do with magic. There is a dark wizard name Voldermont who is out to kill Harry. Harry suspects that Voldermort is behind all his misfortune. Harry's principle is a great man who helps Harry out a lot. His name is Dumbledore. You will have to read the book to find out what happends to Harry. The book goes through triumph and defeat with Harry. The book shows the things that happen in every day life between friends. The book always keeps you on your toes and you never know what is going to happen next. I would suggest you read the first three harry Potter Books before your read this one. It will help you understand what is going on in the book. I have never read a book as good as this one and I recommend that you go to the book store and get it now! The book is worth all 734 pages.

Summary: How Does Harry do it?
Review: How does Harry Potter do it? You think he has done it all but then you read the next book. How does he do it? I have read all the books so far and they continue to get better! The Harry Potter series are great books for anyone to read. All ages would love him. Little kids adore him and elders live out their inner child in him. In this book Harry will take you on an adventure thrill ride. He will take you zooming through the air on his new "Firebolt" as he narrowly escapes the Hungarian Horntail and to the depths of the Hogworts lake trying to rescue his best friend Ron while escaping grindlows and merpeople. This is an excellent example of the age-old archetype of good vs. evil. In actual life we can never defeat evil because evil will always exist in the human heart. But we can put it in a story and make a monster represent evil and a hero can defeat the evil and we can apply that to our life that there is hope. This is a great book and everyone should read it. If they don't they are denying themselves a wonderful, magical experience.

Summary: Harry Potter and the GoF
Review: This was a very entertaining and exciting book. It keeps you wondering and is the best book yet. J.K. Rowling has out done herself once again and blessed us with this great book. Harry is faced with another plan from You-Know-Who, which succeeds. Two other schools come to Hogwarts to participate in a dangerous, and possible death, tornament. As Harry grows and finds feelings and tries living through a fight with Ron, he tries to stay alive. With You-Know-Who back to power, will he survive another year at Hogwarts?

Summary: Hogwarts Year 4 The Goblet of Fire
Review: Hogwarts year 4! Having read the previous 3 books I was thrilled to find that Goblet of Fire was 734 pages long...knowing it was the last book before the 'dry spell' while waiting for Hogwarts year 5 to be released. After having heard about the Harry Potter books and seen them in the bookstores, I still had not read any of the series because I considered them children's books. While reading through some of the reviews posted on Amazon.com by one of the Top 500 Reviewers, I read a review of the first book, Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone. The woman who wrote the review was an adult and she raved about the book so much I had to satisfy my growing curiosity by buying the book. I haven't looked back...I've read them all and now, after finishing book 4, am in a state of Harry Potter withdrawal. This series of books is the best I have read since Tolkien's Lord of the Rings.

Goblet of Fire develops more fully some of the main characters in the series, Fred and George Weasley, Hermione Granger and Professor Dumbledore. The reader is brought along as Harry is growing up and J.K. Rowling keeps the reader involved and engrossed.

There are no Quidditch games this season at Hogwarts but the International Quidditch Cup makes up for the lack. Instead, Hogwarts is hosting the Triwizard Tournament an event that challenges champions from three schools in various feats of bravery and wizardry.

There are twists, turns and a number of surprises in the Goblet of Fire as in all the books in this series, and the end of the book is not only a surprise but sets the tone for the next book. It can't be emphasized enough that this series of books is positively fantastic for children and adults. Buy them all, read them all in order, you won't be sorry.

Summary: Okay, You Adults -- Go Ahead, Read the Book!
Review: I had put up with the hype for long enough. I gave in. I bought all four books and read them, one after the other. I hid the dustjackets so no one would guess I was reading "kid" books. But, much to my OWN surprise -- I enjoyed them. It is a break from our everyday, rushed, serious, nose to the grindstone existence to actually sit down and read something simply for the enjoyment. Do yourself a favor -- buy the book and read it. Then, if you're too embarrassed to keep it on your shelf with your REAL books -- give it to your kids -- they'll enjoy it just as much (if not more) than you!
