Rating: Summary: This book will improve your writing Review: I'm a 9-year-old boy in fourth grade. When I started reading Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire my dad kept trying to take the book away so he could read it. This book has helped me write better fiction stories. It also helped me write my personal stories. I now combine my personal stories with fiction. If you like magic and adventure you should read this book.
Rating: Summary: My Favorite of the Four! Review: With all of the hype surrounding Harry Potter, I would bet that many people will pass over these books as nothing more than a fad. That would be unfortunate. I was one of the people who bought them on a whim. I was taking a friend of mine to the Atlanta airport, when I noticed "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" on the shelf at a bookstore. Knowing that they would fly off the shelves if I didn't grab a copy (I had heard about the book on the news that evening), I bought a copy. Not only that, but I bought a copy of each of them (I'm one of those people who, in the heat of the moment, believes that if I don't get one now, I'll never be able to!)I decided I would give them to my 8 year old niece for Christmas. Now, I heard the stories about how "evil" the books were supposed to be, so I decided to read the first one - just to see. I was HOOKED. I read all the books the week I bought them. I gave my niece a card and $20.00 for Christmas. Sure, these books may be the epitome of mass market publication. And you might get sick of seeing Harry Potter everywhere. But when it comes down to it, the books are good. Ignore the trinkets, the bookends, posters, glasses, stuffed animals and all the hype. Buy the books. take it from this 30+ year old kid - they are every bit as enjoyable as they are made out to be.
Rating: Summary: My Favorite Book, EVER! Review: "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" was my all time favorite book. JK Rowling is one of the most creative authors there is. The book had everything I look for in a book. It had action, imagination, and many, many surprises! Just about everything in the book was very creative. It also had so many characters and creatures that I would never be able to think of. The ending was the best part of the book because it had the biggest surprise and I never saw it coming at all. If you have never read this book and enjoy fantacy books or enjoy action books then you should read "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire".

It is filled with action and adventure. I would suggest to anyone, and I think that J.K. Rowling is the coolest. It is an ideal Fantasy book. It is filled with imagination and has a lot of information about the characters and about the wizarding life. You really become the character in the book and you kind of go through what they go through. J.K. Rowling is an excellent author and I think she should keep on writing her wonderful books !!

Rating: Summary: An Outstanding Book! Review: Harry Potter books are the clearly the best for people who are interested in mystery, magic, and sorcerers. The Goblet of Fire is the last sequel of the Harry Potter books, and to get an idea of the whole experience you must read the first three books. In the sequels you really get into the action. I recomend these books to anybody who loves to use their imagination!
Rating: Summary: The End of the Classics? I Sure Hope Not!!! Review: After reading all three of the previous Harry Potter books in sequence, I finally arrived to this one, The Goblet of Fire. Although a bit intimidated by its enormous size, I was determined to tackle this novel as well, thus ending my Harry Potter experience (for the time being). I whizzed through The Goblet of Fire due to its enthralling plot and explosive action. J.K. Rowling continued to amaze me with her incredible creativity and imagination by including Harry in events such as the infamous Triwizard Tournament and yet another encounter with "He Who Must Not Be Named." As impressed as I was with The Goblet of Fire, I must admit that my favorite of the tremendous four book series was the first one. These great fantasy adventure books are definately destined to become classics!!!
Rating: Summary: A fitting sequel in a wonderful series Review: I must admit I am addicted, Its like ciggaretts once you start you cant stop. I am eighteen and embarressed to admit it but I read the whole series not once but twice, and enjoyed it thoroughly. I dont care who you are or how cool you think you are if you read this book you wont feel as if your time has been wasted. It is a wonderful sequel to the series serving it justice.
Rating: Summary: Harry Potter just keeps getting better Review: J.K. Rowling has created another magical story, this time with the fabled Goblet of Fire. This fourth book in the Harry Potter series is in my opinion the best. Harry, Hermoine, and Todd get into all kinds of amazing situations, and "You Know Who" makes his biggest attempt to kill Harry. At first this book looked a little intimidating, weighing in at over 700 pages, but I loved it all and read it in less than a week. Adults and children alike can enjoy Rowling's writings and should not be scared off by the lenght or suject matter. The magic of this series is why the fifth book is so anticipated. Don't be afraid to start on any book, they are designed so that anyone can start a book and not be lost. You don't have to read them in order, even though it will make it more fun. So people of all ages, get this book you will not be disappointed!
